[email protected] Meet a Scientologist—Tomer Vered, Speaking the Universal Language Fluently To Scientologist Tomer Vered of Tel Aviv, Israel, nothing beats raising the spirits of an entire group through music. His profile is one of 200 “Meet a Scientologist” videos available on the Scientology website at www.Scientology.org. Tel Aviv native Tomer Vered is fluent in the universal language—music. The Israeli’s video at www.Scientology.org shows Vered “hard at work”— rocking out as a disc jockey at a local concert. “There’s nothing like music to bring you out of yourself and make you feel great,” he says. “Music has always uplifted me and I use it to make every event I do a positive experience for others.” Vered, 37, learned about Scientology 11 years ago when a friend piqued his curiosity by asking him if there was anything he wanted to improve in his life. “I was doing pretty well, but there’s always something you can do better,” says Vered. “I enrolled on the Personal Integrity Course at the Scientology center in Tel Aviv. I learned things about myself I’d never confronted before. It really helped me.” It was at the Scientology center that Vered met his wife, Galia Vered- Greenfeld, 32, who supervises the Scientology Life Improvement Courses and Success Through Communication Course offered there. “Galia and I use Scientology to resolve problems and keep our relationship alive and exciting,” says Tomer. The Vereds also use Scientology liberally in raising their six-month-old daughter Noa.
