Album Available ((Free)) On: http://www.tigerm.net Album Story | You Mix Me All Up! XDD Summer Love 2011 | TIGER M 2 An Introduction (( You Mix Me All Up! XDD Summer Love 2011 )) This album honestly began because of a “mistake” that I made while looking for a song on the hard drive of Rushuna-Haruhi: The Success Machine. (My Hewlett-Packard m7170n Media Center Desktop PC ^_^) Between 2002 when I first began Darton College and 2005 when I departed Darton College and began creating the original music album “It’s Go Time Baby, Your Place Is The Dance Floor!” (prior to “DJ Edition”) I had begun accumulating and ordering music on the family computer. (prior to departing my birth home.) There was a folder that I had named “Dealing With Music” which is where I placed all new music that I put onto the family computer. (Rushuna-Haruhi: The Success Machine is not the home family computer. Keep reading. ^_^) Even music that existed initially only on physical CDs that I had purchased (this was before YouTube or Google if you can imagine it…) – when the music was ripped from CDs and placed onto the computer hard drive – the songs went into this folder inside of their own sub-folder which usually contained the name of the album. thanks to the invention of USB external Hard drives, any computer that I have ever had the pleasure of owning or utilizing has had the ability to have this folder. Rushuna-Haruhi: The Success Machine (my very first computer ever purchased in my name) – was the first of my computers to take on and “inherent” this file folder full of music.

PROBLEM CHILDREN: TROPING EARLY MODERN REPRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT By Bethany Packard Dissertation Submitted to the Faculty of the Graduate School of Vanderbilt University in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY in English August, 2010 Nashville, Tennessee Approved Professor Leah S. Marcus Professor Kathryn Schwarz Professor Lynn Enterline Professor Katherine Crawford Professor Carol Chillington Rutter Copyright © 2010 by Bethany Packard All Rights Reserved ii To Mary Frances iii ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS This work would not have been possible without generous financial support from multiple sources. The 2009 – 2010 Scholar Award from the Philanthropic Educational Organization has enabled me to focus on writing during my final year of graduate school. A Mellon Visiting Research Fellowship in Renaissance and Early Modern Studies at the University of Warwick for the summer of 2009 provided the opportunity to write and research while also engaging a new campus and new colleagues. Two Folger Institute seminars have served as bookends for the conception and completion of this dissertation project, and I thank fellow participants and leaders of these seminars, and the always-helpful librarians and staff at the Folger Shakespeare Library. The Vanderbilt University Graduate School has enabled international research through a Dissertation Enhancement Grant for Spring 2009 and a College of Arts and Sciences Summer Research Award for 2008. I would like to thank all those I have had the pleasure to work with over the course of this project. Each member of my Dissertation Committee has provided invaluable insights into my dissertation writing process and into the profession itself. I would especially like to thank Professor Leah Marcus, the chair of my committee, both for all she has taught me and for her support and guidance as I worked to find my own voice.

  • The Night and Cultural Benefit: the Case for a Holistic Approach to Licensing
Roberts, M, et al. 2020. The Night and Cultural Benefit: The Case for A Holistic Approach to Licensing. Entertainment and Sports Law Journal, 18: 9, pp. 1–10. DOI: https://doi.org/10.16997/eslj.245 ARTICLE The Night and Cultural Benefit: The Case for A Holistic Approach to Licensing Marion Roberts, Adam Eldridge, Guy Osborn and Simon Flacks University of Westminster, GB Corresponding author: Marion Roberts ([email protected]) This research article critically engages with the Licensing Act (2003), arguing for a more holistic approach to licensing. Drawing on primary research conducted in London for the Greater London Authority (GLA), the article considers the benefits of licensed venues and the possibility of extending current licensing objectives to recognise the role of these venues in sustaining urban vitality. The current licensing objec- tives are geared towards minimising negative outcomes, the assumption being that licensing is primarily a tool of control, with the role of minimising harm. The argument developed here is based on two alterna- tive conceptions of the role of licensing. Firstly, licensing has a key role to play in developing sites for sociability and community cohesion. Though focused around alcohol, licensing is central to enabling or constraining more traditional as well as emerging spaces which combine entertainment, dining and other experimental forms of leisure. Second, the article argues that by addressing urban vitality and cultural benefit, the Act could be more attuned to the positive influence of licensed premises on a broader scale. The need for planning and licensing to work more cooperatively is considered in light of how licensing decisions reach beyond individual venues and impact on entire neighbourhoods or areas.

A Place For Us To Dream Musik | Porträt: Placebo zum 20. Von MONA KAMPE »As an artist, you want your venue to be filled with people having a good time. That’s what you live for. It’s the kind of energy that feeds your soul.
