As a user of TrueMoney Wallet, I want to add money to my wallet in the app, so that I can use the application to pay for different products and services. As a user of TrueMoney Wallet, I want to connect my bank account in the app, so that I don’t have to man- ually add money every time my balance is low. I started with Human Cen- tered Design structure Inspiration Ideation Imprementation Current state analysis User Journey High fidelity screens User research Wireframes App store reviews Personas Pain Points Ning Paweena - Product Design Challenge: TrueMoney Wallet App Current Stage Before getting started to the design, It’s very import- Analysis ant to understand how is the app work, In this case, I will be primarily focusing on the user experience into the “Top-up Experience” Ning Paweena - Product Design Challenge: TrueMoney Wallet App Add money To be able to start to top up money, the user needs to register and identify themself with the app, so after that, the user will want to top up money into the app, from the current app showing the default amount of money as 0.00 THB. Connect with the Bank The next thing for the user is to be able to see the suggestion of the banks. The main purpose of this is to make it easy to click and connect to the preferred bank. Ning Paweena - Product Design Challenge: TrueMoney Wallet App Top-up into wallet After the user connected with the first bank account into the app, the app will show the bank account numbers so the user will easily top-up more money from this activated bank account. Top-up money at 7-Eleven The point to top-up money at the 7-Eleven is that the user can click here and scan barcode at the 7-Eleven by telling the amount of money that the user wants to top-up, if the user doesn’t know how to do with the barcode scanner then they can read the instruction by clicking the link “ทำตามขั้นตอนนี้” How to top-up via banking This will show the three solutions how to top-up via banking: - Connect with the bank account - Transfer via ATM - Transfer via online banking Ning Paweena - Product Design Challenge: TrueMoney Wallet App Research To get some valuable user research insights, I started Insights to interviews the actual users that experiencing the top-up money feature, it’s come up with the catago- rize pain points: 1 After the user connected with the bank account, users have the expectation to see the wallet bal- ance immediately and might be the icon to take the user to top-up. 2 Next thing that most users want to see is the bank account that the user just connected more than the suggestion to connect with the new banks. 3 Some users refer to Line wallet App about a group of the method that’s very simple. The results of these studies show that the telecommunications companies in Southeast Asia still had room to improve their profit efficiency scores for 0,984 – 0,689 = 0.295. Furthermore, the results show that input variables such as Personal, capex and opex have a positive effect on the value of efficiency which means that each increase in the variable Capex, Opex and Personal Expenses will have an impact in increasing the value of efficiency Whereas the total assets have negative effects on the efficiency value of telecommunications operators. Output variables consisting of revenue, subscribers and ARPU have a significant effect on the value of efficiency. These three output variables in the SFA measurement method have a positive influence on the efficiency of telecommunication operators. Inflation used as an environmental variable in measuring the efficiency of telecommunication operators shows that it does not have a significant impact on the efficiency value of telecommunications operators.
