Consumer spending on video in 14 Asia Paci c markets reached an aggregate of US$58.3 billion in 2020, according to Media Partners Asia (MPA). This represents a robust 9% year-on-year growth, driven by 35% growth in SVOD revenues in the peak pandemic year of 2020. Total video advertising revenues reached US$56.1 billion, a 13% decline with a 16% drop in TV advertising due to the pandemic impact, partially offset by 3% growth in the robust digital video advertising market. Both TV & digital started to recover in Q4 2020.

Ms. Sin Ae Kwak is a lm producer and CEO of Barunson Entertainment and Arts Corp. based in Seoul, Korea. She produced the lm “Parasite” directed by Joon-Ho Bong which won the Academy Award for Best Picture at the 2020 Academy Awards.

Sin Ae started her career working at a publishing company and TV drama production company after graduating from Dong-Ah University in Busan. From 1993 to 1997, she was one of founding members of monthly lm magazine called “Kino” and worked as writer. She was then actively involved in planning, PR and marketing for lm production companies such as Generation Blue Film and Shincine Communication. She debuted as a lm producer with “Modern Boy” in 2008. After a successful debut, she joined Barunson Group in 2015 where she has since produced multiple lms including “Vanishing Times” (2016), “Resurrected Victim” (2017), VR lm “Meeting Memories” (2018), and “Parasite” (2019).

Brian Park CEO Barunson Entertainment & Arts

Mr. Park is CEO and board member at Barunson Entertainment and Arts Corp., where he oversees group operations and company business strategy including building international partnerships. Mr Park joined Barunson in 2007 as a Business Development Director, expanding the company’s operations and business overseas. Since then, Mr Park has held key strategic roles in the company, playing an important part in the growth of Barunson’s mobile gaming business and fund raising activities.

Mr. Park is an accomplished entrepreneur and business developer with past professional experience working at various global companies including Unisys and CL International Inc in analyst and consulting roles. Dennis Uy Founder & CEO Converge ICT

Dennis Anthony H. Uy is the founder and CEO of Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines. Dennis launched his rst business while still in university and has built a number of successful businesses in the telecommunications and related sectors since. In 2012, Converge commenced broadband operations with a vision to provide high-speed broadband to millions of unserved and underserved households and businesses in Philippines.

Dennis has led Converge to successfully introduce new technologies in the Philippine market – full- ber optic networks, ber-to-the-building solutions, and minimally-invasive micro-trenching installations. Kevin Mayer currently serves as Chairman of DAZN Group, a leading global streaming service for professional sports and entertainment. He is on the Board of the Forest Road Company and a Strategic Advisor to Forest Road Acquisition Corp., a special acquisition company, which recently announced a three-way merger to create the premier at-home connected tness platform trading under the ticker, $BODY. Glen Kyne is the General Manager of New Zealand & Australia for Discovery, Inc, where he co-leads the business across the region. Glen oversees a diverse portfolio across premium pay-TV, -to-air, and direct-to-consumer brands and products and has been instrumental in managing the integration of New Zealand brands Three and Newshub into Discovery. He is tasked with driving the strategic direction of the local business, including identifying and executing strategic and commercial opportunities to deliver growth.

Glen is a broadcast media executive with more than 10 years’ experience in business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, new business and executive management across television, radio and digital platforms. Prior to his current role, Glen held senior positions across some of New Zealand’s leading media and telco brands, including MediaWorks, NZME and Optus.

Alvin Sariaatmadja President Director Emtek

Alvin Sariaatmadja has served as president director of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi (Emtek Group) since 2015. Founded in 1983 as a company providing personal computer services in Indonesia, the Emtek Group has since then evolved into an integrated group of companies with three main business divisions: media, telecommunications and IT solutions, and connectivity. Alvin is concurrently in the board of commissioners at PT Surya Citra Media (SCM), Emtek’s media division, which owns major TV broadcasters, production houses and the fast growing branded Vidio.

An Indonesian citizen, Alvin studied in the University of New South Wales, Australia where he earned bachelor’s degrees in law and nance.

Scott Lorson joined Fetch TV as its inaugural CEO in 2009, and has overseen the dramatic growth of Fetch TV from a start up with 6 employees, through its launch phase, to its current position as Australia's 2nd largest Pay TV platform. Scott has 18 years of experience in senior roles of leading Australian telco and media organisations. Prior to joining Fetch TV, Scott worked for PBL Media where he served as CEO of Ticketek and later ACP magazines. He also served as Managing Director for Optus’s Consumer & Multi-Media (CMM) and Small and Medium Business (SMB) divisions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of , Berkeley, and an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Varun Narang is the Chief Product Of cer at Fox Corp. where oversees all Fox-branded streaming products, platforms and engineering talent. He is responsible for accelerating the growth of Fox's current and future digital streaming offerings. Prior to Fox, Varun was the EVP and head of product, design and engineering at Hotstar, India’s leading streaming service. Varun has also led product teams at Hulu in Los Angles and Amazon in Seattle. He earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA in computer science and applied math from the University of Rochester in New York.

Fox Corporation was formed as a standalone publicly traded rm in early 2019, with the company's broadcast, news and sports businesses that were not part of Disney's US$71.3 billion purchase of 21st Century Fox. This includes Fox Broadcasting company, , Fox Sports and a portfolio of local television stations.

Amanda Laing Chief Commercial & Content Of cer Foxtel

Amanda is Foxtel’s Chief Commercial and Content Of cer, with Group-wide responsibility for entertainment and sports including the Group’s Entertainment and Sports divisions (including Fox Sports) and wholesale partnerships. She was appointed to the role in August 2020 after joining Foxtel as Chief Commercial Of cer in 2018.

Amanda is a highly respected media executive with extensive experience across Australia’s free-to-air, broadcast, print, digital and streaming landscape. She has particular expertise in the structuring and negotiation of content rights, commercial development and media mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Foxtel, Amanda served in senior leadership roles at Nine Entertainment Co. including Group General Counsel and Commercial Director before assuming the position of Managing Director. Earlier in her career, Amanda served as General Counsel for ACP Magazines managing legal affairs across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and the UK. Amanda has served the boards of a variety of regulatory and commercial organisations in advisory roles as well as holding board positions with Australian media companies and industry bodies.

Makan Delrahim Adjunct Lecturer in Law, University of Pennsylvania Former Assistant Attorney General – Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice

Makan Delrahim is an adjunct lecturer in law at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law where he teaches a course on M&A Transactions and the Role of Governments to law and business school students. He previously served as the 35th Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division, having been con rmed by the United States Senate on September 27, 2017, after receiving a 19-1 bipartisan vote of the Committee on the Judiciary. He has served as Chairman of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Working Party 3 on International Cooperation and Enforcement, and on the International Competition Network (ICN) Steering Committee. Mr. Delrahim also served on the intra-governmental Task Force on Market Integrity and Consumer Fraud.

As Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division, Mr. Delrahim proved to be an effective and transformative leader. During his tenure, he oversaw the review and resolution of approximately 200 proposed mergers and acquisitions, totaling more than one trillion dollars. In addition, he oversaw over 100 criminal investigations and indictments, including obtaining approximately $1.2 billion in nes and penalties. Mr. Delrahim also led initiatives to support and advance diversity, inclusion and professional advancement at all levels of the Division. He regularly testi ed on the Division’s work before oversight committees of both the United States Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Delrahim’s legal background covers the full range of industries and issues including antitrust, media, communications and technology. He is a former partner and co-chair of the antitrust practice of a national law rm. He previously served in the Antitrust Division, from 2003 to 2005, as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Appellate, International, and Policy.
