Programme description The aim of the Master of Management (MiM) programme is geared towards preparing students with a non-business undergraduate degree for careers in management. The programme is “pre-experience” in character, indicating that students will not have a substantial work experience when entering into the programme. In this programme, management serves the purpose of integration – that is it brings various parts, perspectives and objectives together – in an effort to create organizational effectiveness.
