Proof That John Lennon Faked His Death
return to updates Proof that John Lennon Faked his Death Mark Staycer or John Lennon? by Miles Mathis This has been a theory from the very beginning, as most people know, but all the proof I have seen up to now isn't completely convincing. What we normally see is a lot of speculation about the alleged shooting in December of 1980. Many discrepancies have indeed been found, but I will not repeat them (except for a couple in my endnotes). I find more recent photographic evidence to be far easier and quicker to compile—and more convincing at a glance, as it were—so that is what I will show you here. All this evidence is based on research I did myself. I am not repeating the work of anyone else and I take full responsibility for everything here. If it appeals to you, great. If not, feel free to dismiss it. That is completely up to you, and if you don't agree, fine. When I say “proof” in my title, I mean it is proof enough for me. I no longer have a reasonable doubt. This paper wouldn't have been possible if John had stayed well hidden, but as it turns out he still likes to play in public. Being a bit of an actor, and always being confident is his ability to manipulate the public, John decided to just do what he wanted to do, covering it just enough to fool most people. This he has done, but he hasn't fooled me. The biggest clues come from a little indie film from Toronto about Lennon called Let Him Be,* released in 2009, with clips still up on youtube as of 2014. -

7.6 Prevention of Insurance Fraud
7.6 PREVENTION OF INSURANCE FRAUD Fraud is of course ‘dishonesty’ or ‘cheating’. Since insurance is a process involving a high element of trust, there is ample scope for the dishonest person to take advantage. Insurance fraud may take any of a large number of forms. Usually, we tend to associate the term with dishonest claims, from relatively ‘small’ matters, such as having a cheap watch stolen and saying that it was an expensive one, to elaborate swindles involving arson or faked death certificates. There have even been examples of large life insurance being arranged and then having the person concerned murdered for the insurance money. Fraud, however, may arise at other than the claims level. Obtaining insurance by the deliberate falsification of material information, or knowingly hiding bad features, is equally fraud. Of course, this is a form of breach of utmost good faith (see 3.2 above), but often it is difficult to prove such things later. Although fraud may be committed by anyone involved with insurance (policyholder, insurance intermediary or even the insurer), we shall concentrate on the customary understanding of the proposer or insured seeking an illegal advantage against the insurer. The comments below refer specifically to the role of the insurance intermediary in this subject area. 7.6.1 Beware of Becoming Partners in Crimes Undoubtedly all of us know that we must refrain from carrying out criminal activities, or we may face criminal prosecution and even civil action. For instance, an insurance intermediary who misappropriates premiums that have been collected on behalf of his principal is liable to prosecution for theft, and to civil action by the principal to recover the stolen money and for damages such as loss of interests. -
Critical Analysis of Views on God's
5th International Conference on Research in Behavioral and Social Science Spain | Barcelona | December 7-9, 2018 Beyond the Barriers of Nature: Critical analysis of views on God’s Existence in various religions R. Rafique, N. Abas Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat Abstract: This article reports critical overview of views on existence of God and naturalism. Theists argue the existence of God, atheists insist nonexistence of God, while agnostics claim the existence of God is unknowable, and even if exists, it is neither possible to demonstrate His existence nor likely to refute this spiritual theology. The argument that the existence of God can be known to all, even before exposure to any divine revelation, predates before Islam, Christianity and even Judaism. Pharos deity claim shows that the concept of deity existed long before major religions. History shows the Greek philosophers also tried to explore God before, during and after the prophet’s revolution in Mesopotamia. Today presupposition apologetical doctrine (Abram Kuyper) ponders and defends the existence of God. They conclude the necessary condition of belief to be exposed to revelation that atheists deny calling transcendental necessity. Human experience and action is proof of God’s existence as His existence is the necessary condition of human being’s intelligibility. The spirituality exists in all human sub-consciousness and sometimes, reveals to consciousness of some individuals. Human being’s inability to conceive the cosmos shows that there exist more types of creatures in different parts of universe. Enlightened men’s capability to resurrect corpse proves soul’s immortality. -

An Annotated Bibliography of Omnipotence
An Annotated Bibliography of Omnipotence Kenneth L. Pearce November 12, 2011 This bibliography was prepared as part of the process of writing the article \Omnipotence" for the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy. Theories of omni- potence are distinguished into act theories, which suppose that an omnipotent being would be able to perform any action meeting certain conditions, to be specified by the theory, and result theories, which suppose that an omnipotent being would be able to bring about any result, again meeting certain conditions. Anderson, C. Anthony. 1984. Divine omnipotence and impossible tasks: an in- tensional analysis. International Journal for Philosophy of Religion 15 (3): 109{124. Produces a rigorous formalization of the Stone Paradox, and defends a sophisticated act theory against it. Aquinas, St. Thomas. 1921. The summa theologica of St. Thomas Aquinas. 2nd ed. Trans. Fathers of the English Dominican Province. London: Burns Oates & Washbourne. http://newadvent.org/summa/. Part 1, Qu. 25, Art. 3 argues that omnipotence should be understood as the ability to do anything that is absolutely possible, i.e., that does not imply a contradiction. Brown, Campbell, and Yujin Nagasawa. 2005. Anything you can do, God can do better. American Philosophical Quarterly 42 (3): 221 {227. Argues that the impossibility of an omnipotent being can be derived from the premise that if a being cannot make a stone it cannot lift, it is not omnipotent, plus a few principles widely accepted by theists. As a result, theists must reject this principle. Cargile, James. 1967. On omnipotence. No^us 1 (2): 201{205. Points out that the paradox formulated in Cowan 1965 only tells against necessary omnipotence and advocates an account of omnipotence according to which, for any possible action, an omnipotent being possesses a power which could be exercised in the performance of that action. -

Whereas much recent posthumanist writing in educational research takes up the Deleuzian question “what can a body do?,” this article investigates what a dead body can do for students’ encounters with life and death across the curriculum. -

Hijikata Tatsumi's Sabotage of Movement and the Desire to Kill The
Death and Desire in Contemporary Japan Representing, Practicing, Performing edited by Andrea De Antoni and Massimo Raveri Hijikata Tatsumi’s Sabotage of Movement and the Desire to Kill the Ideology of Death Katja Centonze (Universität Trier, Deutschland; Waseda University, Japan) Abstract Death and desire appear as essential characteristics in Hijikata Tatsumi’s butō, which brings the paradox of life and death, of stillness and movement into play. Hijikata places these con- tradictions at the roots of dance itself. This analysis points out several aspects displayed in butō’s death aesthetics and performing processes, which catch the tension between being dead and/or alive, between presence and absence. It is shown how the physical states of biological death are enacted, and demonstrated that in Hijikata’s nonhuman theatre of eroticism death stands out as an object aligned with the other objects on stage including the performer’s carnal body (nikutai). The discussion focuses on Hijikata’s radical investigation of corporeality, which puts under critique not only the nikutai, but even the corpse (shitai), revealing the cultural narratives they are subjected to.
