*CORE broker Tom Postilio, the acclaimed vocalist and star of HGTV's "Selling New York," will perform his show "This Time Around" at New York’s Feinstein’s at Loews Regency (540 Park Ave. at 61st St.) from May 17 through 21. Songs will include classic standards by Stephen Sondheim ("Old Friends"), Cole Porter ("I Happen To Like New York"), Rodgers & Hart ("Manhattan") and Irving Berlin ("Let Me Sing And I'm Happy"). Postilio’s band is directed by Mark Waldrop, and features Dean Schneider on piano, Steve LaSpina on bass and Dave Meade.

*“Queen of Green”Lisa Alexander, an international authority on sustainable living and frequent HGTV guest, will be in Milford, PA at the Pike County Chamber of Commerce’s Community Expo & Car Show on May 21 at the Delaware Valley School’s grade 9‐10 cafeteria and gym. *Project Ladybug founder of HGTV’s forthcoming “Dina’s Party” teams with the Active Center for Health and Wellness in Hackensack, NJ to host her fifth annual Ladies Night Out event “Wine, Women, and Shoes,” a fundraiser for childhood cancer patients.
