This year, we took our all day photo-shoot to the expansive and luxurious Revel on the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, where our ladies were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the city via the pair of suites we occupied on Demby Shernita Credit: Photo Revel’s 17th Floor. Joining us once again was the very talented and extremely loquacious Tom Briglia and his able assistant Mike Manger, who shot the cover image inside The Red Room at Revel and many of the interior shots in Revel’s exclusive Ultra Lounge, a haven for high rollers with beautiful ocean views. I would be remiss if I did not mention Maria Demartino, who in addition to being one of our Housewives this year, assisted us tremendously by taking a plethora of the more intimate shots of the ladies inside the Suites all throughout the day, many of which we have featured prominently in this issue. Shernita Demby, my Beyoncé look alike office manager and Real Housewives of South Jersey alumna (2011) was also a tremendous help by coordinating all facets of the shoot and taking additional photos of that ladies that we used along with those taken by Tom and Maria. Shernita also took the great photo of Steve Sweeney & Don Guardian outside the White House Sub Shop on Arctic Avenue. I had the pleasure of speaking to the legendary Chazz Palminteri about his upcoming one man show performance of ‘A Bronx Tale’ scheduled for December 28th at Trump Taj Mahal and talked to Chaz about working with the great Robert DeNiro and why ‘A Bronx Tale’ still resonates with audiences 20 years after the film was released. I’m also happy that our old friend Don P. Hurley, a Boardwalk Journal OG who wrote a Chazz Palminteri cover story for us way back in July 2009, contributed this month with an amazing story on Unlikely Heroes Studios, the Atlantic City based comic publisher, whose works are available alongside Marvel and DC Comics. Senate President Steve Sweeney & Atlantic City Mayor elect Don Guardian outside of the White House Sub Shop with their favorite Atlantic City magazine, The Boardwalk Journal Don’s twin brother Harry, whose radio interview with Assemblyman Chris Brown garnered statewide attention, including that of Governor Chris Christie, is also featured this month, not only with his monthly political column, but with a story about the now infamous Brown interview, including a transcript of the relevant portions. Harry is coming off of a big month, where he saw himself inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame and named to PolitckerNJ.com’s Power List for the seventh consecutive year. Norcross, that’s why he didn’t raise Codey was the one I think who said it chris any money down here. I mean, if we're best, ‘To have that much centralized gonna, if we're gonna talk about the power to one person whose not beholden reality, it’s very difficult to be, to any of the electorate is not the way you know you used to hear that the the system was designed or set up’, and christie Republicans had money and the Democrats so, uh, it is a very difficult climate didn’t that is pissed? HH:(Interrupting) In Atlantic County HH:(Interrupting) But wouldn’t this especially be all the more reason not to leave $200,000.00 in the bank if you don’t CB: Yeah and so have enough to begin with HH: Because Bill Gormley was prodigious CB: Oh, I, I couldn’t uh, agree with Transcript of Harry Hurley on air interview with Assemblyman Chris Brown at fundraising you more in terms of, and that’s what November 27, 2013 'Hurley In the Morning' on WPG Talk Radio 1450 AM I started to say, I personally am a, CB: It has really turned around and uh, uh, very conscientious and I don’t HH: Harry Hurley / CB: Assemblyman Chis Brown right now when you look at it, it is get into something to just sorta cruise very difficult to raise money in along and see ‘hey isn’t this cool’, if HH: Here’s something the Republicans this … I’m going to invest the kind of money, have to do for the future, they can’t HH:(Interrupting) But Bill Gormley uh, the loss, the kind of time, the end the campaign with hundreds of HH: I’m being very fair about it didn’t need a Governor to raise money, kind of energy , the kind of care, uh, thousands of dollars in the bank, you I’m not gonna, that’s a cop out, I’m not if you’re going to invest that kind of just have to have the confidence that you CB: Jeff Van Drew is a funded candidate blaming my pal Chris Christie for not personal capital trying to help people, can raise the money again, this is not just as other people doing enough down here, uh, Bill Gormley well then I’m going to do everything I a Depression and you guys are winners raised money can and try to see what we can do to so there should have been the confidence HH:(Interrupting) Some of his campaign present that to the public and let them that what are we leaving $200,000.00 in is funded CB:(Interrupting) Nobody is asking you know, so that they will re-elect you.
