Let's begin the process of getting your videos up and out!

VEVO CHANNEL • A VEVO Channel must be created before you upload any videos • You must email [email protected] with the ASSETS below to create a channel • If you do not already have a channel it takes 1-2 weeks to be created

ASSETS 1) One high-resolution image of the artist at 5000x5000 px with no text and that allow center focused cropping. (Examples below) 2) Artist links: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Official Website 3) Specify the artist’s channel name you would like. For example: ArtistNameVEVO 4) Optional: if you would like to create a skin for the artist channel across multiple devices, you can view the specs here: http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?hl=en&topic=16630&answer=2972003

SPECIFICATIONS VIDEO FILE: • You can upload your video file directly to your Label Console.

VIDEO: • File Format: .mov or .mp4 • Compression Type: H.264 • Dimensions: 1920x1080 (preferred) or 1280x720 • Frame Rate: Native (No less than 23.98) • Bit Rate: Unrestricted (Minimum 7500 kb/s, Maximum10mb/s) • Multi‐pass encoding is preferred • Do not use frame re‐ordering in your encoding settings • Do not include front or end slates, title or end cards, etc. • Include a black frame/fade at the start and end of the video • All logos / Credits / Copyright can only be 3 seconds in total duration at the end of the video • Scrolling credits are acceptable at the end of the video ONLY if the music is still playing

AUDIO: • Format: AAC • Channels: Stereo (L R) • Sample Rate: 44.100 kHz • Bit Rate: 320 kbps CBR

The following is strictly prohibited according to VEVO guidelines: • Chyrons/ Lower third credits (scrolling or still) • Beginning/ End Slates (unless approved by VEVO) • Countdown Clocks • Album/ Single In-‐Store Dates • No promotional slates • No external links: Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Official/Unofficial Band Pages, iTunes, Amazon
