    ISREC - Progetto Linea Gotica CONSELICE Denominazione: Comune di Conselice Tipologia: Comune Localizzazione: Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 14 [44° 30’ 46” Nord – 11° 49’ 44” Est] Descrizione: Comune di 10.028 abitanti si estende su un territorio di 60 km2 (confinante con le province di Ferrara, Bologna e Ravenna) e comprende i centri abitati di San Patrizio e Lavezzola. Questa posizione di snodo fra diverse province giocò un ruolo decisivo durante la guerra di Liberazione, favorendo la diffusione capillare della stampa clandestina. La Resistenza a Conselice si caratterizzò, infatti, per la messa a punto di un sistema di controinformazione al regime che agì da subito, già all’indomani dell’8 settembre 1943, distinguendosi come uno dei più importanti nell’Italia occupata. La stampa, prodotta in tipografie clandestine, era poi trasportata e distribuita dalle staffette, a rischio della propria vita. La popolazione di Conselice si prodigò inoltre nell’organizzazione di forme di assistenza sanitaria e umanitaria, rivolte anche alle comunità limitrofe. In tale opera si distinse l’arciprete della città, don Francesco Gianstefani, il quale si oppose apertamente alle angherie perpetrate dal regime difendendo in più di un’occasione i suoi concittadini; comportamento che gli costò anche l’arresto nel 1942. A Conselice nacque Ines Bedeschi, nome di battaglia Bruna, valorosa staffetta militare del CUMER (Comando Unificato Militare Emilia Romagna), torturata e fucilata dai tedeschi a Casalmaggiore (Parma) il 28 marzo 1945, insignita della Medaglia d’Oro al Valor Militare. Conselice fu l’ultimo comune della provincia di Ravenna a essere liberato dall’VIII Armata britannica il 14 aprile 1945. Note: Decorato con Medaglia di Bronzo al Valor Civile con Decreto del 14 maggio 2010 del Presidente della Repubblica Giorgio Napolitano (motivazione: «Centro strategicamente importante, durante il secondo conflitto mondiale fu occupato dalle truppe tedesche impegnate a bloccare l’avanzata alleata.

    ISREC - Progetto Linea Gotica CASTEL BOLOGNESE Denominazione: Comune di Castel Bolognese Tipologia: Comune Localizzazione: Piazza Giovanni Bernardi 1 [44° 19’ 6” Nord – 11° 47’ 56” Est] Descrizione: Comune di 9.626 abitanti (dato al 31 dicembre 2010) situato lungo la Via Emilia che lo collega a est con Faenza e a ovest con Imola. A nord della città la Strada Statale Casolana Riolese risale la valle del fiume Senio in direzione Riolo Terme. Il Comune, come altre cittadine poste a ridosso del fiume Senio, dove il fronte si era fermato nell’inverno del 1945 in attesa della grande offensiva di primavera, pagò un prezzo altissimo alla guerra. L’80% del centro urbano venne raso al suolo e andarono distrutti alcuni degli edifici più belli e rappresentativi, fra i quali la trecentesca Torre di San Giovanni da Siena e la Chiesa del Pio Suffragio. La mattina del 12 aprile 1945 i fucilieri polacchi della Divisione Carpatica attraversarono il fiume Senio nei pressi del fondo “Scaletta” liberando la città. Note: Decorato nel 2006 con Medaglia d’Argento al Merito Civile del Presidente della Repubblica Giorgio Napolitano (motivazione: «Piccolo centro strategicamente importante, occupato dalle truppe tedesche a bloccare l’avanzata alleata, subì violenti rastrellamenti e razzie e devastanti bombardamenti che provocarono numerose vittime civili e feriti, la quasi totale distruzione dell’abitato e del patrimonio industriale e agrario. In each newsletter we want to present 2 of the partners: Partner 3 Mazovia Energy Agency Ltd. (MAE) promotes renewable energy and energy efficiency. The Agency was established in March 2009 by Mazovian Voivodeship (Mazovia self-government) to set up energy policy in the region and assist public and private institutions in energy planning. MAE with a balanced structure of stakeholders and work programme fulfils public mission and is recognized regionally, nationally and at EU level. The Agency's activities are to lead to the development of a comprehensive regional energy policy, coordination of energy activities in the region and increase of the involvement of local participants (municipalities, households, farms, entrepreneurs) in the implementation of regional energy policy.
