Failure to follow this will void person from acting as proxy. #1: Qualifier must put in writing who the person is that will be representing them at drawing. This statement must include the proxy legal phone number, mailing address and phone number. #2: This information must be signed by qualifier and have signature notarized. #3: Proxy will bring with them your Registration Form that is completed & signed by Qualifier. #4: Upon acceptance of this letter your proxy will legally represent you at the drawing.

Winner will be notified. Prize will be awarded upon completion of all legal paperwork with Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc.

Winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing winner paperwork. This will be done at 1020 South 25th Street, Fargo, ND 58103 at the pre-determined date and time

Winner will receive a 1099 in calendar year 2017 in the approximate amount of $13,000.00 for the Ice Castle -or - $649.99 for the Ion Ice Auger for each prize.

In addition, the winner will need to pay sales tax (exact cash/money order) in the approximate amount of $650.00 for the Ice Castle winner. $32.50 for the Ion Ice Auger winner of this each prize at the time of accepting prize and completing paperwork.

Winner is responsible for all taxes and additional expenses, including but not limited to any: baggage fees, itinerary change fees, gratuities, tour provider/airline fuel surcharge fees, personal incidentals, passport fees and trip interruption costs.

Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc. is not responsible for any changes, delays or trip interruptions of any kind. It is recommended that winners investigate travel insurance protection for some prize packages.

Additional Rules In addition to these Official Rules, this Promotion is also subject to the Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc. Official Rules for All Contests which are either incorporated herein by reference as Addendum C on the station website.

HOW TO ENTER – ADDENDUM A

#1: Listeners can register by listening to 790 & 94.1 KFGO, FROGGY 99.9, 740 & 107.3 The Fan and 104.7 DUKE FM for their chance to register and become a qualifier.

#2: Additionally registration can be done by attending and filling out one of our live broadcast remotes throughout The Ice Castle World Tour. These registration live broadcasts are listed on froggyweb.com, kfgo.com, dukefmfargo.com and 740thefan.com.

ADDENDUM B - METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER

Approx. 200 finalists will be selected randomly from live broadcast registration stops, on-air listeners and those that have registered on-site at 1020 25th street south in Fargo.

Additionally 6 last chance qualifiers will be selected prior to the grand prize drawing on Thursday, November 16, 2017.

The Grand Prize drawings will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at The Bowler located at 2630 S University Drive, Fargo, North Dakota 58103.

Qualifiers will receive registration information prior to the drawing using the information that was supplied at the time of entry.
