Winner will be notified. Prize will be awarded upon completion of all legal paperwork with Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc.
Winner will be required to show Photo ID before completing winner paperwork. This will be done at 1020 South 25th Street, Fargo, ND 58103 at the pre-determined date and time
Winner will receive a 1099 in the approximate amount of $15,400.00 of this prize package.
In addition, the winner will need to pay sales tax (exact cash/money order) in the approximate amount of $1,106.25 of this prize package at the time of accepting prize and completing paperwork.
Winner is responsible for all taxes and additional expenses, including but not limited to any: baggage fees, itinerary change fees, gratuities, tour provider/airline fuel surcharge fees, personal incidentals, passport fees and trip interruption costs.
Midwest Communications, Inc./WRIG, Inc. is not responsible for any changes, delays or trip interruptions of any kind. It is recommended that winners investigate travel insurance protection for some prize packages.

HOW TO ENTER – ADDENDUM A
#1: Listeners are able to enter by registering at one of the official Gone Outdoors Ice Fishing Giveaway remote broadcasts. Remote broadcasts will be listed with dates on kfgo.com, froggyweb.com, dukefmfargo.com, 740thefan.com and jackmfmfargo.com.
#2: Listeners can also enter by texting ICE to 35270.
#3: You can stop in during standard business hours or send via US Mail your name, address, email & date of birth at 1020 South 25th St, Fargo, ND 58103. When that entry is received it will go into the next remote drawing.
You can only qualify ONCE during this contest. Duplication of entry could void entire entry.

ADDENDUM B - METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER
A minimum of six qualifiers will be selected at each remote broadcast qualifer location. Qualifiers will be invited to the grand prize drawing. In addition, up to approx. 10 people will be randiomly selected from registration at the night of the grand prize drawing.
Location for the grand prize drawing will be at The Bowler on University in Fargo on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from approx. 5pm to 8pm.
No proxies will be allowed. Photo ID is required.
Qualifiers will receive final drawing information using the information that they supplied at the time of registration. If you feel that you are a qualifer and have not recived your information please contact the station during standard business hours at 701-237-5346.
Note: due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the Internet, contests heard on the radio station’s Internet audio stream are slightly delayed from the time the contests heard on the broadcast station and may be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard are delayed. This delay can last for 30 seconds up to several minutes. This means that when the station announces winning names in this contest, listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contest on conventional radio. For this contest, the station will start counting down when the announcement is made on the radio broadcast signal.
