Croatia: Styles Rijeka to open in 2021 !

Rijeka Property d.o.o. has signed a management agreement for the very first ibis Styles hotel in Croatia for 20 years with Orbis Group – a subsidiary of Accor in Central Eastern Europe.

There’s no such product yet in Croatia and we’re sure that ibis Styles will bring an absolutely new quality, new energy to the hospitality market in Rijeka & in Croatia. That’s our ambition.” – explains a representative of Rijeka Property d. o. o. ibis Styles Rijeka is a new construction – works should start before end of this year. The hotel investment is valued at EUR 18.5 M. The hotel – with its total 14 969 m2 of gross area of which 4 150 m2 is dedicated to rooms, will offer jobs to approx. 45 employees. The interiors of the hotel will tell guests the story about the industrial heritage of Rijeka, which is today one of the most important ports in South Eastern Europe and the biggest port in Croatia. ibis Styles Rijeka will offer 150 rooms – including 18 family rooms, a trendy bar, a restaurant, 4 conference rooms & meeting facilities, a wellness area, 115 parking places for hotel guests and Rijeka citizens and would welcome first guests in 3rd quarter of 2021. The hotel will be located on the streetCambierieva str. 13, Rijeka ( crossroads V. Cara Emina i Cambierieva)
