Invitation for Bids INVITATION OF BIDS FOR CARRYING OUT TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY AT THE KARACHI EXPO CENTER ITB# TDAP-3(86)/KEC/2017/RFP Master Plan Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed bids from survey firms for carrying out Topographic / As-Built Survey of Karachi Expo Centre at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Near Hassan Square, Karachi covering an area around 45 acres of land.

The bidder should have valid registration of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must have completed at least five projects of As-Built Survey / Built-up Area. Documents will be issued on provision of PEC Certificate and proof of completion of projects.

The bidding document comprising the Terms of Reference, BOQs and site location map may be obtained from the office of Assistant Director (PME/Expo), TDAP Office, Karachi Expo Centre, Hassan Square, Karachi on or before 15th August, 2018 on payment of Rs.1,000/-. The whole work including preparation of Topographic / As-Built Survey Report shall have to be completed in 15 days time.

Single Stage One Envelope Procedure (as per PPRA Rule 36(a)) would be used for Open Competitive Bidding. Sealed Bid should accompany a bid security equivalent to two per cent (2%) of the bid amount) in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). Trade Development Authority of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, however, reasons for rejection or annulling bid process will be communicated to the concerned bidder (s) in accordance with the Procurement Rules.

The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach the office of the Assistant Director (PME/Expo), Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), 3rd Floor, Block-A, FTC Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi on or before 1200 Hrs, Thrusday, 16th August, 2018.
