This event sold out last year, be sure to get your tickets in time. Redhead Express is a four sister act originally from Alaska, and now hailing from Nashville, Tennessee. The girls have spent the past five years touring with their family band across the country. Now they are poised for success in the country music industry as they prepare for the studio to cut their first album with renowned producer, Paul Worley (Dixie Chicks, Martina McBride, Band Perry, and Lady Antebellum).

The girls are Kendra (22) – lead singer, songwriter, and guitar; LaRae (21) – utility man on banjo, dobro, and guitar and tenor harmony; Alisa (19) – second lead and baritone singer as well as fiddle/mandolin; Meghan (16) – bass and tenor harmony.

Hailing from Nebraska the Lonny Lynn Orchestra performs the latest in Swing and nostalgic dance music as well as music from the30's and 40's with some country music and Latin . The band consists of ten musicians and a female vocalist. This dance is one for anyone who truly enjoys the big band era music and doesn’t mind getting on the dance floor.

A Christmas Story - Zach Theater - Only 7 tickets left

Sunday, December 15, $79 pp Depart SCPL 1:15 p.m.; Return 8:30 p.m. Zach Theater proudly presents A Christmas Story. Based on the classic holiday film, young Ralphie and his quest for the Red Ryder B. B. Gun, comes to life on stage. Visions of pink bunny suits, tongues stuck on flagpoles, turkey-loving dogs and Pop's beloved fishnet leg lamp will make all your sugar-plum Christmas wishes come true. Cute, wholesome entertainment . . . a time when happiness was just a Christmas gift away.

Following the matinee, we will stop at The Domain shopping center. Decked out in holiday finery, you will find an array of dining choices for dinner on your own and a little time for window shopping. Come along for a magical holiday afternoon, where even the 'ole Grinch, with his Grinch-sized heart, will find a smile spreading across his face.

Debbie Boone – Austin Symphony Pops Concert - Only 5 tickets left

Let’s go to the Palmer Events Center in Austin and enjoy an evening of music featuring Debby Boone’s Reflections of Rosemary. This performance is an intimate, deeply heartfelt tribute to her late mother-in-law, legendary singer Rosemary Clooney. The cabaret style seating will enhance the show – a touching musical portrait filled with a collection of standards chosen for their significance in Debby Boone’s life with the legendary Clooney. “I wanted to select songs that would give an insight into Rosemary from a family perspective, and from the more than thirty years that I spent with her,” says Boone.

Begin your evening with dinner at Carmello’s Ristorante Italiano with a delicious house salad, followed by the combination plate of lasagna, rigatoni with veal meatballs, tortellini with cream sauce, mushrooms, peas and homemade Italian sausage. This wonderful meal is complemented with the tiramisu and chocolate cake for dessert. Coffee, tea, tax and gratuities are included. This restaurant has a romantic ambience and was originally built in the 1870’s.

NEW!! Costumes and the Cinema — McNay Art Museum

Sunday, January 5, $26 pp Depart SCPL 10 a.m.; Return 6 p.m.

The McNay Art Museum in San Antonio presents Cut! Costumes and the Cinema. Five centuries of history, drama and comedy with more than forty period costumes worn by film stars Sandra Bullock, Daniel Craig, Johnny Depp, Ralph Fiennes, Angelica Huston, Keira Knightley, Uma Thurman, Kate Winslet and many more. In all, more than thirty actors from twenty-seven films, including Sherlock Holmes, The Duchess, Pirates of the Caribbean, Sense and Sensibility, and The Phantom of the Opera are featured. These opulent costumes are crafted of sumptuous fabrics and decorated with intricate embroidery, brocade, and lace, allowing you a close look at the fine details of costuming that you only had a glimpse of on the big screen.

Along with the cinema exhibit, we will also have access to, On Stage! Costume Design and the Theater and the 1921 McNay Mansion, which houses an astounding collection by Picasso, Matisse, and 'Keeffe.

Lunch will be "on your own" at Rudy's BBQ in New Braunfels on the way to the museum and we will make a stop at Buc-ee's for snacks and drinks on our way home.

Ticket cost includes transportation and entry fees to exhibits.

The Long Center presents Blue Man Group - NEW!!

Dinner at the Domain Friday, January 3, $87 pp Depart SCPL 4:30 p.m.; Return 11:15 p.m.

Come One, Come All, to this one-of-a-kind theatrical experience. The Blue Man Group, known for their popular theatrical shows and concerts combine comedy, music and technology to produce a unique form of entertainment. It’s impossible to describe but people say it’s big, loud, funny and visually stunning. With no spoken language it’s perfect for any audience or culture. The New York Times exclaims “it is what every live performance aspires to be”. Plus there’s “blue paint” and more! Since its dinner time, we’ll travel to The Domain where you’re on your own to dine at one of their many fine restaurants and leisurely stroll around the shops. You’ll be dropped off at Jaspers, right in the center of it all, and have an hour and a half to wine, dine or shop. Then we’ll board the bus from the same spot and head off to the Long Center for a night to remember.

The production is loud, you might want to pack a pair of earplugs.

Your ticket includes transportation and theatre ticket.

Ghost, The Musical – Evening

Broadway Across America presents Ghost, the Musical, at the amazing Majestic Theatre located in the heart of downtown San Antonio. The Majestic Theatre, built in 1929, was designed in a Spanish Mediterranean style. You will relive the iconic and magical moments from the Oscar- winning movie Ghost in a brand new Broadway musical. Ghost, the Musical, breathes glorious new life into a timeless story. The musical features an original pop score. The musical’s tale of everlasting love is thrilling entertainment for audiences of all ages. Adapted from the hit film, the musical follows Sam and Molly, a young couple whose connection takes a shocking turn after Sam's untimely death. Trapped between two worlds, Sam refuses to leave Molly when he learns she is in grave danger. Desperate to communicate with her, he seeks the help of a phony psychic who helps him protect Molly and avenge his death.

Before the performance, shopping and dinner (on your own) will be at the historic and famous El Mercado Market Square. The rich culture of San Antonio abounds throughout the plazas of Market Square, a three-block outdoor plaza lined with restaurants, shops and produce. It is the largest Mexican market in the U.S. Dinner will be on your own at the restaurant of your choice.

Cirque du Soleil - Varekai – Cedar Park Center- NEW!!

The word Varekai (pronounced ver•ay•’kie) means “wherever” in the Romany language of the gypsies the universal wanderers. Directed by Dominic Champagne, this production pays tribute to the nomadic soul, to the spirit and art of the circus tradition, and to those who quest with infinite passion along the path that leads to Varekai.
