Seaworld Orlando in Florida
SeaWorld Orlando in Florida SeaWorld is a very popular theme park and marine-life zoo in Orlando, Florida. The park hosts many educational programs, shows, exhibitions and other fun experiences, making it immensely popular with families, teachers and students. This 200-acres marine life theme park, is filled with aquatic fun and thrilling adventures. This park is currently being operated and managed by the Sea World Parks and Entertainment, a subsidiary of the Blackstone Group. The smashing success of the first SeaWorld Park prompted the founders to open another park at a different location; the SeaWorld Park at Ohio was opened in 1968, and was soon followed by the establishment of the SeaWorld, Orlando in the year 1973. Orlando was selected as an ideal location due to its pleasant climate almost all through the year. Also, with the opening of the Walt Disney parks, a large number of visitors were already visiting the city. SeaWorld in Orlando, unlike other theme parks has a refreshing landscape, with no broken up themed islands in the park. The main landscaping feature of the park is its pathways with animal enclosures on either side. The main entrance to the park is decorated with lush tropical landscaping, which has a Florida-based theme, a huge artificial freshwater marina, and an iconic lighthouse based on a Shamu theme. The neighboring park, Discovery Cove, along with the SeaWorld, forms a greater entertainment area, which is an ideal destination for vacationers. SeaWorld, Orlando, offers many shows, exhibitions, rides, and park experiences. Live shows, animal exhibits, and the 3D computer animated films at the Theater Dome promise the visitors a great time. -

Given the quality of his work and his reputation for high standards, the expectations for a show revolving around Michael Jackson will always be exceedingly high. Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson ONE, produced in conjunction with Jackson’s estate, aspires to meet the level of perfection the star would demand. The show, which combines Jackson’s music with Cirque’s distinctive acrobatic feats, is at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas in a space that was formerly occupied by a production of The Lion King; it was completely renovated specifically for MJ ONE. CDS anchored a team that included Auerbach Pollock Friedlander, Moser Architecture Studio, and Jaffe Holden Acoustics for the design and specification of the rigging and automation, lighting control, and audio-video systems. The show’s story line was written by choreographer Jamie King, who danced in Michael Jackson’s 1992 Dangerous World Tour. The musical director, Kevin Antunes (New Kids on the Block, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, Britney Spears, ‘N Sync, Justin Timberlake), made his selections from “Michael’s entire treasure vault” and remixed it specifically for the show. -

NOTICE OF SALE $64,765,000* Tampa Sports Authority Local Option Sales Tax Refunding Revenue Bonds, (Stadium Project), Series 2015 ELECTRONIC BIDS, via BiDCOMP/PARITY Competitive Bidding System (BiDCOMP/Parity) only, will be received by the Tampa Sports Authority (the "Issuer") for the purchase of all, but not less than all, of the Issuer’s $64,765,000* Local Option Sales Tax Payments Refunding Revenue Bonds (“Bonds”), until 10:45 a.m., local Tampa, Florida time, on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The Bonds Authorization and Security The Bonds are being issued under and pursuant to the authority of and in full compliance with the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, including particularly Chapter 96-520, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1996, as amended, Section 212.055(2), Florida Statutes, as amended and other applicable provisions of law (collectively, the "Act"), Resolution No. 05- 14-01 adopted by the Issuer on November 20, 2014, as amended and supplemented from time to time (the "Resolution") and the Second Amended and Restated Trust Indenture dated as of January 6, 2015 by and between the Issuer and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the "Indenture"). (hereinafter “Daihatsu”) will be a special sponsor for the Cirque du Soleil show “KURIOS,” which will premier in Japan in February 2018. Daihatsu is an advocate of Cirque du Soleil’s creativity and artistry, which captivates people of all generations and nationalities, and has been a supporter of the entertainment group’s Japanese shows since Dralion in 2007. KURIOS will be the seventh show in succession that Daihatsu has sponsored. *Previous shows sponsored by Daihatsu are listed below: Dralion (February 2007–June 2008) Corteo (February 2009–June 2010) Koozå (February 2011–April 2012) Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour (May–June 2013) Ovo (February 2014–June 2015) Totem (February 2016–May 2017) (2/2) At every show, Daihatsu exhibits vehicles inside the performance hall that reflect the show’s worldview.
