Thank you for your interest in renting The Porter Beer Cellar for your next private party!
• Guest Count: Seats up to 30 people, holds 35 standing.
• There is a room rental fee of $350, this does not include any food, drink tax or gratuity.
• We can also accommodate most food allergies and special requests. (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.)
• All parties of ten or more require selecting ONE family style food menu for the entire party.
• Parties smaller than ten may order off the regular menu if desired.
• The room rental fee of $350 must be paid in order to guarantee your reservation of the beer cellar.
• Please fill out the included questionnaire with your rental contract.

Additional Information
• Seven days notice is required for all menus. • You may bring your own iPod for music in the beer cellar if you desire. • The cellar room is truly a beer cellar for vintage beer and therefore must be kept at 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit (°F). Please advise your guests to dress warmly. • We allow guests to bring their own cake if they desire, there is a cake cutting fee of $1.50 per guest. • We allow guests to bring their own wine, for a corkage fee of $15 per bottle.

Rental Contract
1. DEPOSIT AGREEMENT: The Client, by signing this agreement, understands and agrees that The Porter Beer Bar (the "Company") has no obligations to execute this event if the security deposit and signed contract have not been returned to The Porter Beer Bar in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The balance of the Contract Amount is due in full at the end of the Event Date and any overages are due and payable immediately following the conclusion of the event. Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress or Diners Club) may be used as payment.____Initial
2. NON-PERFORMANCE: The Porter Beer Bar will use reasonable best efforts and good faith to fulfill all of its commitments for the Event. However, The Porter Beer Bar will be excused from its performance, resulting from strikes, natural disasters, and acts of God, or other events beyond the reasonable control of The Porter Beer Bar which hinder the company in its fulfillment of its obligations. ____Initial
3. GUEST COUNT GUARANTEES: The Final Guaranteed Guest Count for your event is required no later than seven (7) business days preceding any function. The notification must take place within the regular work week, Monday through Friday. Final Guarantees not received on this due date will be confirmed at the most current guest count provided in writing to The Porter Beer Bar. The Final Guarantee is not subject to reduction and you will be charged for the number of guests specified in your Final Guarantee or the actual number of guests (based on the restaurant's count) that attend your event, whichever is greater. ______Initial
4. OVERAGE: The final bill is based upon actual consumption plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Final payment is due at the end of the event execution. _____Initial
5. GRATUITY: A 20% taxed gratuity is placed on the total of the bill. This gratuity is not considered optional. _____Initial

6. CANCELLATIONS: The client may cancel the party 30 days before the event will be refunded the room rental fee. If the party is cancelled 15-30 days before the event the client will lose their room rental fee of $350, if the client cancels between 4-0 days before the event there will be an additional $150 charge. These charges will be executed on the credit card on file. _____Initial
