Beverage Menu Host Bar Beverage Menu BEVERAGE MENU HOST BAR Option 1 Basic Open Bar to include, House Wine, Domestic Beer, Liquors and Soft Drinks Option 2 Premium Open Bar to include House Wine, Imported Beer, Martinis and Soft Drinks Option 3 Open Soft Drink Bar to include, Soft Drinks, Juice, Still and Sparkling Water Option 4 Cash bar, need a ticket seller ($20 x 3 hours minimum) And a bartender ($25 x 3 hours minimum) Cash bar over 80 people will need 2 bartenders Option 5 Pre-purchase or request 1 or 2 drink tickets for your guests (and cash bar after that) The bartender will give you the tickets at the beginning of your event (or ahead of time on request) and you can give them to your guest at registration. BEVERAGE MENU Bartender Charge – The club does NOT charge a bar set-up fee, however there is a charge for a bartender ($25.00/hr. minimum 3 hours). For groups over 80 people 2 bartenders are required. Please NOTE that you will be charged per consumption -Not on a flat rate per person. For events of 30 persons or less, a Bartender will take drink orders. There will not be a bar set-up in the room.     POSITION: MEADERY TASTING ROOM ASSOCIATE (PART -TIME) – SAN DIEGO, CA We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join the Lost Cause Meadery team and serve as Tasting Room Associates at our San Diego tasting room. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience during their visit. Our goal is to make some of the best mead in the world, and we’re looking for individuals that can provide service that matches. This is a part time position requiring constant interaction with guests and the ability to provide prompt and amazing service in a welcoming and friendly manner. Duties include serving & selling mead, educating customers, opening and closing the tasting room, and being a brand ambassador for Lost Cause Meadery. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, is engaging, high-energy, detailed- oriented and works continuously to improve overall productivity and the guest experience. We are a new and rapidly growing craft beverage company and hoping to find individuals that want to be part of the journey with us. Clarified changes for fully vaccinated individuals. 2. Linked updated Department of Labor & Industries guidance. 3. Removed language that is duplicated in the Labor & industries guidance or outdated. Summary of the March 17, 2021 changes: 1. Added Phase 3 requirements and modifications: a. Indoor dining capacity allowed at 50%. b. Table size increased to 10 with no household restrictions. c. Alcohol service allowed until 12 a.m. 2. Other minor wording clarifications. Eating and drinking establishments must adopt a written procedure that is at least as strict as the requirements in this document and that complies with the appropriate safety and health requirements and guidelines established by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and the Washington State Department of Health. For purposes of this document an eating and drinking establishment includes, but is not limited to, restaurants, cafes, food courts, breweries, brewpubs, taverns, wine bars, wineries, distilleries, tasting rooms, private clubs and night clubs, or other establishments where food is offered/sold. Prior to recommencing on-site services, all business owners are required to develop at each establishment, a comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan which must be adhered to. A site-specific COVID-19 monitor shall be designated at each location to monitor the health of individuals and enforce the COVID-19 job site safety plan. A copy of the plan must be available at all locations and available for inspection by state and local authorities.
