To all involved, Congratulations!

INTERVARSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS 1983 I I I I I I I , I I I I I I I I I I I The 1983 Irish Intervarsity Hatch took place at the Connacht . • 0 Championships at Kylebrack on March 6th. Thirty seven cen and nineteen tI)~ ladies took part, representing Trinity College, Dublin, University Colleges Dublin, Cork and Galway, Cork and Galway Regional Technological Colleges and NIRE, Limerick. Orienteering in Queens University seems to have almost died except for a handful of occasional orienteers- the nucleus of some years ago which produced such as Irish Champion Ann Savage (Hamilton) has dispersed. The 1983 Championships were again dominated by DUO who won both the mens' and ladies' team events, while Pat Cadogan (CRTC) prevented DUO's clean sweep in the Individuals.
