Position Title Creative Designer Department Service Design Position Type Full-time

Role Summary Under our global innovation programme the service design team utilises user centred techniques to reinvent existing and create new services and how we deliver these to clients.

We are creating an in-house consultancy unit which will manage our most critical service design projects and support service design more broadly by embedding this approach throughout the organisation.

Visualisation is one of the most important aspects of our service design approach and you will be responsible for designing and creating the assets that we use to deliver our programme. The core service design team will span Chicago, Belfast, London and Asia and we are looking for a creative designer to join us in Belfast alongside two other core team members.

Our Belfast office is a centre of excellence and focuses on providing high quality legal services to the Firm's clients around the world, and business and administrative services to our many offices and practice groups.

Responsibilities You will work directly alongside our service and will be actively involved in projects. You will be responsible for creating the materials which we use as an integral part of our service design projects and to support our broader programme moving forward. These include:

 interactive physical & digital activities for our client research interviews,  creative and exciting ways to present information and data for workshops;  low to high fidelity tools such as storyboards, sketches, UI wireframes, videos and other ways of illustrating concepts;  visual outputs that will help us embed the design thinking process, the concepts and lessons learnt throughout the organisation.

Job Holder Requirements Essential Criteria:  Relevant undergraduate degree (2:1 classification or above preferred)  3+ years experience of working as a designer in a corporate or agency environment  Comfortable experimenting with and learning how to use new and other tools  Excels in using Adobe Creative Suite  Portfolio which demonstrates strengths in layout and , infographic creation and poster design  Imaginative approach to creating infographics and presentation materials

Desirable:  Working knowledge of UX prototyping and  Experience creating motion graphics (producing and/or editing)

Personal and technical skills:  Confidence sharing own ideas and challenging the status quo  Ability to juggle multiple design briefs on various projects  Comfortable producing work to tight deadlines and working with guidelines  Creating print-ready artwork and liaising with printers  Comfortable to share work in progress and flex styles  Excellent attention to detail and highly organised  Strong work ethic
