An AMR contains information about the implementation of the council's Local Development Scheme (LDS) and the extent to which the policies set out in Local Development Documents are being achieved. 1.2 This is the second AMR produced by Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, and covers the period 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010.
