It turns Southeast around and excluding the sewage works before joining the River Dee and following that Southwest. Level with the bridge over River Lane in Saltney it turns North and continues across fields to Sovereign Way then proceeds Northwest through the Chester West Employment Park, keeping South of Sealand Road until its junction with Western Avenue. It then crosses Sealand Road and proceeds across fields Northwest for 600m to the Westernmost point of the border before turning Northeast. City of Chester parliamentary constituency Chester The Northernmost tip of the border is at the roundabout where Morrisons City and superstore is located at the Bache. Travelling East up the slip road into Garden Morrisons car park, the border then follows the railway line Quarter Southeastwards from Bache to Chester and beyond for 3km, stopping at the Waterworks buildings and coming southwards, picking up Woodlands Lane and continuing West onto the Tarvin Road. The border then follows Challinor Road where Bill Smith Motors is located and takes a sharp right along Christleton Road before turning down Sandy Lane for a short distance. The border then cuts in between 14 The Mount (which is excluded) and 4 Sandy Lane (which is included) before reaching the River Dee and following the River westwards past the rear of properties on Barrel Well Hill and Deva Terrace. The border continues west past the Boat House Public House and the Groves, crossing Queens Park Bridge, Dee Bridge and Grosvenor Bridge and continuing around Chester Racecourse to the Cop Recreation Ground where it turns southwest for 500m before turning northwest through Sealand Industrial Estate and the Sewerage Works. Travelling west along Sealand Road for a short distance, the border then follows Stadium Way past the allotment gardens before moving northwest along Saughall Road to where it crosses with Deva Link at the traffic lights. The border then follows the Shropshire Union Canal to where it crosses with the cycle track and then follows the cycle track before heading north along Finchett’s Gutter to Parkgate Road by the Service Station. It follows Bache Brook and includes the properties in Parkgate Court but excludes the properties on Cousens Way before following Countess Way past the Little Owl Public House back to the roundabout and Morrisons Superstore. It follows Huntington the border Southwest, bending round Lower Kinnerton to include it, then crossing country Southeast to Stringers Brook then following that East into Pulford Brook and Old Pulford Brook to the River Dee. It follows this North to the Crook of Dee where it proceeds East on Powsey Brook for 500m then zigzags North on field boundaries to Sandy lane then East before County Council Smallholding 3 where it turns East along Ridges Lane, continuing the line along field edges to Whitchurch Road North of Hatton Lodge then proceeding on field edges eastwards to include Milners Heath and as far as Guylane Brook. It follows that North onto Martin’s Lane and continuing the direction to Guylane which it follows East to the River Gowy which it follows North to just North of the A51 where it turns West across fields and eventually on a drain, to include the properties on the A51 as far as Hare Lane where it turns back onto the A51 route and continues West to the A41. It follows that South to Caldy Brook then follows that West to the River Dee then Follows that South to just South of Heronbridge Cottage where it turns West to include Heronbridge Cottage until Wrexham Road then follows that South to where it joins the A55. It runs South to include the houses on Sandy Lane then veers across fields Southwards to Powsey Brook then West to the River Dee which it runs along South until level with Shocklach Green. It then follows a drain Southward until about 1.2km North of Worthenbury before turning East at Broughton Gorse and cutting across fields to the Southern end of Chorlton Lane. It runs North to exclude the properties on Chorlton Lane then continues across fields to the Southern end of Scar Lane then runs North and including Higher Carden and Clutton before following Holywell Brook for 5km then Golborne Brook North and continuing to Platt’s Lane which it follows East to the A41 then North for 1.5 km then Northwest across fields and back to Sandy Lane. It then follows Rural the M53 Southeast to junction 10 then turns West along the A5117, diverting to include properties up to Rose Cottage on Stanney Lane then back down Stanney Lane but includes Ashlea and Stanney Oaks public house before continuing on the A5117 and including the properties on the A5117 up to the Strawberry roundabout then those south of the A5117 and 150 South down Whitby Lane then running East to Rake Lane then South until just past The Laurels then East around other properties and South parallel to Rake Lane then cutting across fields to Wervin Road South of Croughton Cottage and running South along Wervin Road for 300m then cutting Southeast until the M53 just West of the Hammond School.
