Agency Rank Structures These ranks structures were provided to DPSST by your agency and are used for two purposes: 1) To reflect at what rank in your agency you are eligible to apply for Supervisory, Middle Management or Executive Certification. 2) To determine who is required to attend DPSST Supervisory or Middle Management training upon promotion or hire into these positions.
