At the end of the prayers we say three times: Priest: Most sacred Heart of Jesus! All: Have mercy upon us!

Therefore we before Him bending This great Sacrament revere: Types and shadows have their ending. For the newer rite is here, Faith, our outward sense befriending Makes our inward vision clear. Glory let us give and blessing. To the Father and the Son, Honour, thanks, and praise addressing. While eternal ages run: Ever too his love confessing Who from both with both is One. Amen

O God, who in this wonderful Sacrament hast left unto us a memorial of Thy Passion: Grant us, we beseech thee, so to venerate the Sacred Mysteries of thy Body and Blood, that we may ever perceive within ourselves the fruit of thy redemption. Who livest and reignest, world without end. All: Amen. The Priest goes to the Altar, and gives benediction with the Blessed Sacrament. Then the following prayers are said. We repeat each invocation after the Priest:

The Blessed Sacrament is replaced in the Tabernacle. When the bell rings, we stand, and the following (or other suitable) hymn, or Psalm 117 is sung:

Blessed and praised be Jesus Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament. Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna in excelsis! (three times) Or: Antiphon: Let us adore for ever the Most Holy Sacrament. O praise the Lord, all ye / nations; * praise him, / all ye peoples. For his merciful kindness is ever more and more to/ward us; * and the truth of the Lord endureth for / ever: Praise the Lord. Glory be to the Father, and to / the Son, * and / to the Holy Ghost: As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever / shall be, * world / without end. Amen. (Repeat Antiphon). Antiphon: Let us adore for ever the Most Holy Sacrament.
