In 1971, Fairmont Homes began building value for homeowners in Nappanee, Indiana. From our beginnings, we have been devoted to using solid construction and high-quality components. In 2015, we joined an even larger family of companies through our acquisition by Cavco Industries. Cavco, based out of Phoenix, Arizona, is one of the largest producers of manufactured homes, park models RVs, and modular homes in the United States.
