Chuuk Lagoon Dispensaries – Chuuk State Invitation For Bids

The FSM Program Management Unit (PMU) invites interested and qualified contractors to submit sealed bid proposals for the Construction of Chuuk Lagoon Dispensaries – Chuuk State at Five Lagoon sites.

The “Chuuk Lagoon Dispensaries – Chuuk State” contract documents, specifications, plans, and Solicitation, Offer and Award documents can be downloaded via the following instructions:

1. Go to ftp://ftp.pmu.fm/ 2. Then click on the directory entitled, “Chuuk State Lagoon Dispensaries”. 3. Download all files including the Solicitation, Plans and Specifications.

Printed copies of the bid package are not available for distribution.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on August 8, 2012 in the Chuuk State Governor’s Conference Room, Weno, Chuuk, FSM. A site visit to all 5 sites will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting. Site visits may continue on Thursday August 9th until all the sites have been visited.

The Contracting Officer Strongly Recommends attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visits to all Contractors interested in submitting a bid for this project.

E-mail Dana Smith at [email protected] by no later than 12:00 p.m. Pohnpei time, Monday, August 6, 2012 to notify PMU if you plan to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visits. This will allow Chuuk State time to prepare for site visit travel accommodations.

Questions and requests for clarification will be accepted in writing through August 27, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Pohnpei time, attention to Mr. James O. Hubbard with copy to Ms. Leony Yap at the Program Management Unit, P.O. Box PS-4, Palikir, Pohnpei FSM, 96941, or via email at [email protected] and [email protected].

All bids must be received in the Program Management Unit office, Department of Transportation, Communication & Infrastructure, Palikir, Pohnpei, FSM by 4:00 p.m. Pohnpei time on September 4, 2012. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
