    Herdenkingswoord van de Voorzitter van de Eerste Kamer der Staten- Generaal, René van der Linden bij de herdenking op 13 april 2010 van de Poolse president, Lech Kaczinsky, en overige slachtoffers van de vliegramp bij Smolensk “Verbijsterd hebben wij afgelopen zaterdag kennisgenomen van het bericht dat een Pools regeringsvliegtuig nabij de Russische stad Smolenk is neergestort. Daarbij zijn de President van Polen, Lech Kaczinsky, zijn echtgenote en 94 landgenoten verongelukt. Als staatshoofd en eerste vertegenwoordiger van het Poolse volk was Kaczinsky op weg naar een zeer belangrijke herdenking bij Katyn, om daar uiting te geven aan een groot historisch verdriet van zijn natie, maar ook om bij te dragen aan verzoening met het volk van Rusland. Eerder deze maand had de Russische premier Vladimir Poetin door zijn presentie en erkenning van de verantwoordelijkheid van de Russische geheime dienst voor het bloedbad in Katyn tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog een stap in de goede richting van verzoening gezet. Op Katyn rust blijkbaar geen vrede. Het is een bijzondere tragiek dat president Lech Kaczinsky op deze missie is verongelukt, en met hem zo veel hoge vertegenwoord i- gers van de Poolse regering, het Poolse parlement, de Poolse strijdkrachten en tal van gezaghebbende vertegenwoordigers van de Poolse samenleving. Onder hen ook de beide ondervoorzitters van de Poolse Sejm, Krzysztof Putra en Jerzy Szmajdzinski. Ook de Poolse senaat verloor bij deze tragische ramp zijn ondervoorzitter, mevrouw Krystyna Bochenek. Het is bijzonder pijnlijk dat deze dragers van de parlementaire waardigheid in de nog jonge Poolse democratie op deze voor Polen historisch beladen missie zijn omgeko men.

W katastrofie lotniczej zginął prezydent Rzeczypos- politej Polskiej Lech Kaczyński wraz z małżonką, zginęli wi- cemarszałkowie Sejmu i Senatu, ministrowie, posłowie i senatorowie wszystkich klubów parlamentarnych, zginęli generałowie i biskupi. Zginęli, pełniąc swą służbę publicz- ną na rzecz dobra wspólnego, jakim jest Polska. Zginęli w drodze na uroczystości w Katyniu, gdzie 70 lat temu zginęły tysiące polskich oficerów w imię zasady, że miłość Ojczyzny żąda czasami ofiary najwyższej. Dzisiaj w obliczu naszego narodowego dramatu jesteśmy razem, dziś nie ma podziału na lewicę i prawicę. Różnice po- glądów, wyznania, nie mają dzisiaj znaczenia. Dziś jesteśmy razem, stojąc wobec wielkiego dramatu, w obliczu śmierci wielu ludzi. Łączymy się w bólu z rodzinami ofiar i w trosce o dalsze losy osieroconej przez nich Ojczyzny. Szanowni Państwo, Drodzy Rodacy. Artykuł 131 konstytucji nakłada na marszałka Sejmu obo- wiązek zapewnienia ciągłości władzy prezydenta, głowy państwa polskiego. W ramach tych obowiązków, które dziś na mnie spadły, ogłosiłem w całym kraju tygodniową żałobę narodową. Połączmy się wszyscy w żałobie, zarówno w wymiarze oficjalnym, jak i w prywatnym, w wymiarze przeżycia wspól- notowego, jak i indywidualnego, tak po ludzku, z głębi współ- czującego serca. Moim obowiązkiem jest wyznaczenie także w ciągu dwóch tygodni terminu wyborów prezydenta, które muszą się od- być nie później niż 60 dni od daty ich ogłoszenia. Zamierzam to uczynić po konsultacjach z wszystkimi klubami parlamen- tarnymi.

    The Scorching of the Earth at Smolensk T. Antoni Grabiec On the morning of Saturday 10th April 2010 an aircraft carrying Polish President Lech Kaczyński and his entourage crashed near the city of Smolensk, Russia, killing all on board (ninety-six people.) There are many suspicions surrounding the tragedy including symbolic elements pointing to this massacre as being a fire and blood ritual sacrifice in fealty to the God of Occult Law, Saturn.     POLOGNE Observatoire des Élections en Europe Élection présidentielle en Pologne 20 juin et 4 juillet 2010 ANALYSE Le 10 avril 2010, Bronislaw Komorowski, président de la Diète, Chambre basse du Parlement po- un mois avant lonais, était nommé Président de la République par intérim après la mort accidentelle du chef de le scrutin l’Etat Lech Kaczynski (Droit et justice, PiS). Ce dernier avait été élu le 23 octobre 2005 à la tête de la Pologne en battant avec 54,47% des suffrages l’actuel Premier ministre Donald Tusk (Plateforme civique, PO) qui avait recueilli 45,53% des voix. Lech Kaczynski aurait sans doute été candidat à sa propre succession lors du prochain scrutin présidentiel prévu à l’automne de cette année. Au matin du 10 avril, ce dernier accompagné de son épouse, Maria, et de 94 autres personnes, a trouvé la mort lorsque l’avion dans lequel il voyageait s’est écrasé à Petchorsk dans la région de Smolensk (Russie) probablement à cause d’un épais brouillard qui a rendu l’atterrissage difficile. La délégation présidentielle se rendait à Katyn pour célébrer le 70e anniversaire de l’exécution de 22 000 officiers polonais par les services secrets soviétiques, un crime longtemps attribué aux nazis par l’histoire officielle avant que le Président de l’URSS, Mikhaïl Gorbatchev, reconnaisse, en 1990, la responsabilité de son pays dans ce massacre. 70 ans après ce crime à grande échelle, Katyn s’impose donc de nouveau dans l’histoire polonaise comme un lieu maudit. En un instant, la Pologne s’est retrouvée décapitée.
