Day 1 – Lisbon

Pick up Rent a Car at Lisbon Airport.

Day at leisure to explore the city of Lisbon.

Day 2 – Lisbon / Escaroupim / Golegã

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Trip to Escaroupim village.

Boarding for boat trip on the river , tour of the villages of Avieiras da Palhota and Escaroupim.

Visit to the Avieiro do Escaroupim Museum - Continue to Santarém - brief visit. Escaroupim

Trip to Golegã.

Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3 – Golegã / Tomar / Golegã

Breakfast at the hotel.

Trip to Tomar, a UNESCO Heritage city full of history and mysticism because it was the headquarters of the Templar . Visit the Convent of Christ, the Synagogue and the Saint John Baptist Church.

After lunch, trip to the hotel in Golegã, visit the unique Convent of Christ - Tomar Studio/House Carlos Relvas, rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 – Golegã / Coimbra / Curia

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

We start the day traveling to Coimbra the city of knowledge, where is one of the oldest university in Europe, to visit this University, which has an amazing XVI century library that is classified World Heritage by UNESCO. Library - Coimbra In the afternoon we visit a singular place, the Aliança Underground Museum. Aliança is one of the main wine producers in Portugal and they created an art exposition inside their cellars.

Day 5 – Curia / Aveiro / Guimarães

Travel to Aveiro where we offer you a beautiful ride in one of the typical boats of Aveiro (the “Moliceiros") where you can meet the urban canals of Aveiro and know places in a different perspective from the usual. During the trip you can sample regional tradition in a unique experience to taste “Ovos-Moles” (egg sweet).

After lunch, we head to Guimarães.

Day 6 – Guimarães / Braga

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Enjoy the morning with a tour to the city center of Guimarães, visit the Castle, the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza and the historical center part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guimarães Afternoon at leisure to explore more of Guimarães.

Trip to Braga.

Day 7 – Braga / Porto

Breakfast at the hotel.

Start the day with a visit to Braga. Braga is the oldest Portuguese city and one of the oldest Christian cities in the world. Visit the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus, classified as UNESCO World Heritage in 2019, combining the work of Nature and Man. Visit to the Cathedral of Braga and enjoy the beautiful gardens of Santa Barbara and visit to Republic Square.

In the afternoon trip to Porto.

Day 8 – Porto / Gondomar / Porto

Breakfast at the hotel.

Trip to Gondomar, is a territory known for its Jewellery. The municipality holds the title of the Jewellery Capital in Portugal. You can learn and try the craft techniques employed in the traditional art of filigree. Filigree Trip to Porto, after lunch panoramic tour to see the Clerigos Tower and the Aliados Avenue, Cathedral, the St.Bento Train Station and the Ribeira District.

Visit the famous Porto wine cellars with wine tastes included.

End of the tour and drop off Rent a Car at the airport.

Useful Information Condições We can provide customized and specific programs to your date requests, depending on hotel availability.

The program can be extended with pre and post nights according to customer requests.

The program can also be provided to groups from 10 pax onwards.

Check in at the hotels is from 15h00. Should the arrival time not yet allow check in, luggage storage will be provided.

Check out is until 11h00, however you can store luggage at the hotel until the time of transfer.

The realization of the boat ride on Escaropim depends on the weather conditions. If it is not possible, a visit to a winery will be done instead
