Since our company was founded 160 years ago, we have taken great pride in working with our local partners to help address our communities’ most important needs. We take special pride in our investments in education and programs that support local youth. By sponsoring organizations that help youth succeed, we help create strong, vibrant communities that people will want to call home. With this in mind, I am pleased to share our 2011 Community Report, which highlights some of our charitable investments over the past year, as well as the work of our many dedicated employee volunteers, whose generous, caring efforts have helped to make our communities better places in which to live, work, and learn.
