Our Proposal Digital Transformation Training Becoming an organisation which is able to take advantage of the opportunities the digital revolution creates, starts with a deep understanding of the changes that have happened and are happening at an ever-faster pace. We, at FinnoLux, focus on People, Culture and Technology.

As customer expectations have changed, the ability to understand customer needs and to look beyond these has become more vital than ever. Customer empathy is considered the key to excellent customer experience and results in increasing loyalty from new as well as existing customers.

We have created a training program to train staff of the BKT bank, in order for them to gain understanding of the digital revolution and to be able to identify the opportunities it creates. We believe it is key to involve all the different people in an organisation in order to be able to realize a successful digital strategy. By creating a shared understanding throughout the organisation of the need to digitally transform and the opportunities resulting from it, a solid basis will be established upon which different initiatives will be built and successfully realized. By translating the Digital Revolution into opportunities instead of threats, people are able to embrace these and make them happen.

The proposed training program has different modules and differentiates between three levels: Executive Level – Senior & Middle Management – Staff. The different modules represent different topics, each one of them highlights a specific part of the impact Digital has on the Banking industry. The modules can be applied to all three levels, the approach and emphasis will be adjusted to the needs and aspirations of the specific audience.

FinnoLux brings an interactive training approach which enables participants to actively understand and realize the proposed material. The FinnoLux subject matter expert(s) will both share their knowledge and facilitate further discussion.

Executive Training Program FinnoLux created the Executive Training Program to fulfill the specific needs of the Executive Management as the involvement and support of the Executive team is key to a successful transformation. It’s them who envision the Digital future of the company and steer the organisation with all its people involved towards that future. Creating a strategy based on the vision and inspiring the workforce to join forces and realize this strategy are vitally important to succeed. The Executive Training program is based on the same modules and content as they provide the main knowledge on the concept of Digital Banking. The approach however is different: for the senior leaders, FinnoLux provides 2 industry specialists per group, in order to bring additional insight

The Executive Training program focuses on knowledge-sharing as well as discussing the strategic value of these different topics.

Practical Considerations FinnoLux brings an interactive approach to enhance the effect of the different training sessions. The ideal group per sessions consists of 18 participants, with a maximum of 25. The training sessions will be delivered in modern premises combined with optimal technology and training infrastructure at the Innovation Hub and European University of Tirana.

Each group is a balanced representation of the different people from that level. For instance, an ideal group for a ‘staff’ session gathers people from the agencies as well as the call center and other operational roles. Some modules target specific groups like the Technology session or the RegTech session. Additional sessions can be opened up to different target groups, adjusted to their level of knowledge on this specific matter.

For reasons of efficiency we suggest to run weekend sessions in addition to weekday sessions.

FinnoLux suggests to perform the trainings on an off-site location, to maximize focus from the participants.

FinnoLux brings a module-based training program, enabling the company to pick and combine these building blocks in a training which addresses the company’s expectations. We are however able to suggest an ideal approach for your company in order to make sure the key topics are covered for the relevant people. In this case, we suggest the following composition, where the optional sessions are marked whereas the sessions we believe essential for the level don’t carry a mark (*):
