We, at FinnoLux, focus on People, Culture and Technology. As customer expectations have changed, the ability to understand customer needs and to look beyond these has become more vital than ever. Customer empathy is considered the key to excellent customer experience and results in increasing loyalty from new as well as existing customers. We have created a training program to train staff of the BKT bank, in order for them to gain understanding of the digital revolution and to be able to identify the opportunities it creates. We believe it is key to involve all the different people in an organisation in order to be able to realize a successful digital strategy. By creating a shared understanding throughout the organisation of the need to digitally transform and the opportunities resulting from it, a solid basis will be established upon which different initiatives will be built and successfully realized. By translating the Digital Revolution into opportunities instead of threats, people are able to embrace these and make them happen. The proposed training program has different modules and differentiates between three levels: Executive Level – Senior & Middle Management – Staff. The different modules represent different topics, each one of them highlights a specific part of the impact Digital has on the Banking industry. The modules can be applied to all three levels, the approach and emphasis will be adjusted to the needs and aspirations of the specific audience.
