The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 18-10-2017 before the PIO under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, requesting to furnish the information on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. TSIC 3. The Public Information Officer has given a reply to the Complainant vide Memo L.Dis.No.H1/951/2017, dated 31-10-2017. 4.
