Driving Directions:

From the North (Routes 1 and 93 South)- Take the Storrow Drive exit off of I-93. Follow signs for Copley Square. Take the Copley Square exit and turn right onto Beacon Street. Take the first right onto Arlington Street and drive six blocks and turn right on St. James Avenue. 31 Saint James Avenue is located on the corner of Saint James and Berkeley (Look for the Fire and Ice restaurant and the Bay State College sign). From Routes 3 and 93- Take exit 18 (Mass Ave) off of 93. Stay to the left, following the signs for Frontage Road. Follow Frontage Road, staying to the left, through the intersection/entrance to the Ted Williams Tunnel. Follow signs for South End/Back Bay, bearing left onto East Berkeley Street. Continue on East Berkeley Street to Columbus Avenue and onto Berkeley Street. 31 Saint James Avenue is located on the corner of Saint James and Berkeley (Look for Fire and Ice restaurant and the Bay State College sign). From the West: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to Exit 22 Copley Square/Prudential Center. Follow signs marked Copley Square. You will come to street level onto Stuart Street. Turn left onto Berkeley Street go one block. 31 Saint James Avenue is located on the corner of Saint James and Berkeley (Look for Fire and Ice restaurant and the Bay State College sign) Enter the building at 31 Saint James, and proceed down to the check in desk and elevator bank. Train Directions: If you are taking the commuter rail you will arrive at South Station, North Station or Back Bay Station.

Please follow the directions that best apply to you below: Red Line: Take the red line to Park Street Station, go upstairs to the Green Line outbound trains.

Green Line: Take any green line outbound train to Arlington Station. Go up the stairs and follow the exit signs for Boylston Street. Once on the street head down Boylston away from the Garden. Walk one block down until you reach Berkeley Street and take a Left. Continue one bock on Berkeley until you reach St. James Avenue. 31 Saint James Avenue is located on the corner of Saint James and Berkeley (Look for Fire and Ice restaurant and the Bay State College sign). Orange Line: Take the Orange line to Back Bay station. Once you arrive at Back Bay, go up the escalator and exit through the Dartmouth Street exit. Take a right onto Dartmouth Street and continue until you reach St. James Avenue.
