A look at the influence of celebrity endorsement on customer purchase intentions: The case study of fast foods outlet companies in Harare, Zimbabwe Jacob Shenje Business Research Consultancy (B.R.C) Pvt Ltd, 5 Rutledge Street, Milton Park Harare, Zimbabwe. Received 14 June, 2017; Accepted 6 July, 2017 Fast foods companies in Zimbabwe have been outcompeting and outclassing each other in using celebrity endorsers for their marketing communications. The study aimed to investigate the impact of celebrity endorsement on consumer purchase intentions. The study’s literature review was based on a copious of celebrity endorsement empirical and theoretical literature. The literature review also acted as bedrock for the research methodology which was later adopted. In order to achieve the research objectives, the study was largely quantitative where survey questionnaires were distributed to customers and these questionnaires were useful in the aggregation of the results. The findings were entered into SPSS software package version 22. The result shows that celebrity endorsement variables showed a positive and significant statistical relationship with consumer buying intentions. The study recommends for fast foods companies to gauge the capacity of celebrities to project multi-attributes which would be consistent and of interest to the consumer’s requirements. There is also the need to strengthen certain aspects of celebrity consumer relationship as way of understanding the implications for product endorsement in the fast foods industry. -

Popular Expressions of Southern African Nationalism(S): Convergences, Divergences, and Reconciliations in South Africa and Zimbabwe
POPULAR EXPRESSIONS OF SOUTHERN AFRICAN NATIONALISM(S): CONVERGENCES, DIVERGENCES, AND RECONCILIATIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA AND ZIMBABWE By Blessing Shingirirai Mavima A DISSERTATION Submitted to Michigan State University in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of African American and African Studies – Doctor of Philosophy 2019 ABSTRACT POPULAR EXPRESSIONS OF SOUTHERN AFRICAN NATIONALISM(S): CONVERGENCES, DIVERGENCES, AND RECONCILIATIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA AND ZIMBABWE By Blessing Shingirirai Mavima Popular Expressions of Pan-Africanism and Southern African Nationalism(s): Convergences, Divergences, and Reconciliations in South Africa and Zimbabwe is a dissertation study that traces the transformations, reveals the tensions, and critically analyzes diverging and converging trajectories of different manifestations of African nationalism, including ethnic nationalism, state nationalism, and Pan-Africanism using contemporary South Africa and Zimbabwe as sites of analyses. Focusing on the metropolitan provinces of Gauteng and Harare respectively, I use the study to interrogate how popular expressions of African nationalism have emerged and evolved in the neighboring nations during their anti-colonial/anti-apartheid struggles throughout the 20 th century, and how they exist today. Presenting a thesis that I call nationalisms from below, the research study reveals how these manifestations of nationalism are imagined, practiced, and represente d by the initiatives and actions of different members of the civil society including artists, activists, laborers, and migrants in the two countries’ contemporary politics and society. My findings lead to a nuanced determination of the factors that influence the intersections, divergences, and convergences of what I refer to in the study as Africa’s tripartite nationalist expressions and identities—ethnicism, African Nationalism, and Pan- Africanism. -

1984 Toyota Login Register Sitemap Contact Us Home
1984 toyota Login Register Sitemap Contact us Home. No leaks at all super clean. Runs great starts great in the cold. Fly in and drive home condition. Nice SR5 seats. This truck is in need of paint and a freshened up interior to be a perfect. Ask questions, nothing to hide with this hard to find solid axle Toyota. Please don't offer if you don't know what your looking at. Had some questions on rust mileage and interior. I have added some more pics showing the worst spots of the very poor paint job again the truck is in need of paint. Everyone has their own idea on what rust is. When I say "rust Free" I'm saying that you will not have to replace floor boards fenders or add new metal to anything before paint and the frame body mounts and all other parts of the truck are solid. If your curious about the purple; at some point in its life probably the 90s it was purple then back to gray. The fire wall and door jams are still gray. The Dash is cracked and damaged very common for this year and for a truck that has been sitting in the AZ sun most of its life. The miles on the auto check report was news to me. Title I have for the truck says actual. You can see it sat idle without being registered for almost 6 years. I don't have a answer to why its reported that way. I can tell you the truck runs great and has plenty of power even in 5th gear. -
