RPM Fitness’s annual road race fundraiser will take place on Saturday May 20, 2017 at 9am at RPM Fitness, 120 Banks Street, Winthrop, MA 02152. This year’s theme is “Paying it forward”.

This year RPM’s goal is to raise $10,000.00. 100 % of this year’s proceeds will help benefit Kellsey’s Army, Elle’s Army, the Sabrina Feudo Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Boston Wounded Vets all members of the community whose lives have been impacted one way or another by a heartbreaking disease.

None of this would be possible if it wasn’t for all those in the Winthrop community and beyond who have graciously donated to our events.

This year we are expecting another great event and look forward to seeing all of our participants cross the finish line!

WCAT VICTIM OF CYBER-ATTACK

On Saturday, May 13th, WCAT became victim of a cyber-attack, which left our channels 3 and 22 playback server and bulletin board server inoperable. We have sent both servers back to the manufacturer to be repaired and are patiently waiting for their return. Unfortunately, without these servers there are no programs or notices available to our viewers. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to be back on the air soon. In the meantime, our devoted volunteers are still producing great programs and we are still posting them to our YouTube channel, WCAT WINTHROP. Please visit us there or on Facebook or wcat- tv.org. Thank you for your patience and support. We look forward to getting back to serving our community.
