Questo lavoro discografico assolutamente irresistibile conterrà nove brani inediti, tutti scritti da Dave Gahan & Soulsavers. Con il suo piglio deciso, “Angels & Ghosts” rappresenta un’evoluzione rispetto al loro primo album. Si preannuncia un mix di sonorità scure, elementi di matrice gospel e blues e quella nuda bellezza che è diventata il marchio di fabbrica delle canzoni di Dave e dei Soulsavers. Potente ed emozionante come mai prima d’ora, la voce di Gahan traina l’album verso un paesaggio sonoro dall’orchestrazione estremamente raffinata.
