Successfully coordinated Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) activities across all PRO-ACT-supported facilities in Kebbi State such as; on-site capacity building on logistics management of health commodities, bi-monthly pharmacy and laboratory reporting, By Regimens reports, PMTCT Commodities Bi-Monthly Logistics Data, Regimen Analysis, support for good warehousing practices, quarantine of expiries/waste drive, et cetera

2. Piloted ‘drug refill centers’ in a specialized Decentralized Care Model at General Hospitals Ka’oje, Illo and Warra respectively. The aim of this was to improve access and retention on care which had been negatively affected by geographical distance to comprehensive care facilities and economic situations of the society

3. Participated in assessing all project facilities by applying Site Improvement through Monitoring Systems (SIMS) tool at every visit during the Joint Supportive Supervisory Visit (JSSV)

4. Collaborated with JSI/SCMS and GHSC-PSM on review of Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Orders for Kebbi State before resupplies, post-LMD verification and filing Proof of Deliveries (PoDs)

5. Placed priority in tuberculosis (TB) screening and offering prophylaxis for HIV patients. In this vein, active collaboration with State Leprosy & Tuberculosis Control (STBLCO) Programme was established to ensure regular supply of INH 300mg tablets in addition to supplies of this drug made by JSI/SCMS

3. Consistently ensured timely reporting by health facilities and sustained reporting rate for Kano State above 90% and 100% for Jigawa State
