Con le tue capacità e la tua determinazione otterrai grandi risultati… e magari potrai anche partecipare agli X Games. Tuttavia devi sapere che non sarà un gioco da ragazzi, quindi presta attenzione e ti aiuterò a muovere i primi passi nel Tour DiRT... VIAGGIA IN TUTTO IL MONDO Il miglior modo per iniziare è darsi da fare e viaggiare alla ricerca di eventi di gara disponibili. Completando questi eventi e ottenendo il rispetto degli altri piloti prima o poi riceverai degli inviti per eventi ancora più importanti, disputati in tutto il mondo. ACCUMULA ESPERIENZA L’obiettivo principale, nei vari eventi, è accumulare esperienza in forma di PE, ovvero punti esperienza. Puoi ottenere PE partecipando e vincendo gli eventi in tutto il mondo. Più l’evento è diffi cile, e migliore la tua posizione al traguardo, maggiore è il numero dei PE che otterrai. Usa i PE per passare di livello e avanzare nel Tour. PROMOZIONE Inizierai la tua carriera con un budget limitato e con poca reputazione fra i piloti. Questo signifi ca che potrai solo partecipare agli eventi della divisione Esordiente. Accumula un po’ d’esperienza a questo livello e potrai passare alla Divisione Pro e infi ne accedere alla Divisione All Star, dove si gareggia al massimo livello. PRO Inizialmente i veicoli son� sol� om�logati per partecipare agli ev�nti Es�rdiente. Per poterli usare in altre divisioni li dovrai elab�rare. Tut�avia puoi sempre utilizzare un veicol� elab�rato in una divisione inferi�re: l’elab�razione sarà 7 rimos�a temp�raneamente. È presente un evento per ogni disciplina, e si tratta di competizioni molto prestigiose, quindi prima di accedervi dovrai dimostrare di saperci fare. Ogni Tour Mondiale dispone di una serie di eventi di qualifi ca che dovrai superare per prendere parte al Tour. Tieni d’occhio l’icona del Mondo che compare a fi anco degli eventi normali. FAMA Nel corso dei tuoi viaggi non dimenticarti dei celebri eventi X Games. Sono le date più importanti dell’intero calendario, a cui partecipano i piloti più bravi. Gli X Games America sono la competizione più prestigiosa. Se li vinci, puoi considerarti il miglior pilota del globo. AFFINA LE TUE ABILITÀ Un altro modo per ottenere PE è completare le missioni personali. Le missioni ti danno degli obiettivi da completare, ad esempio superando altri piloti, guidando per una distanza precisa, e anche ribaltandoti in gara. Ogni missione ha cinque fasi differenti, e si ottengono PE ad ogni fase superata. GUADAGNA DENARO Partecipando agli eventi potrai anche guadagnare del denaro. Gli eventi più diffi cili e i risultati migliori ti assicurano premi in denaro più elevati. Ma non credere di diventare ricco: per avanzare fi no alla vetta dell’automobilismo dovrai spendere i tuoi guadagni per nuovi veicoli e per le loro elaborazioni. Inizialmente i veicoli son� sol� om�logati per partecipare agli ev�nti Es�rdiente. Per poterli usare in altre divisioni li dovrai elab�rare. Guida ben�, con decisione ma senza ric�r�er� a manovre il�ecite per ot�en�re il rispet�o degli altri campioni in pista. Se invec� compi manovre trop�o ag�res�ive non ti far�i molti amici… I CAMPIONI Nel corso della tua carriera stabilirai delle relazioni con gli altri piloti, o meglio, con gli altri campioni. Ottieni il loro rispetto in pista e si ricorderanno di te, e magari riceverai anche dei… bonus d’amicizia! SFIDE Ogni tanto, un campione ti lancerà una Sfi da. Queste sfi de personali non solo ti offrono la possibilità di fare colpo sui campioni, ma potrai anche ottenere dei punti esperienza, quindi fatti coraggio e accetta le sfi de! SFIDA UNO CONTRO UNO Facile, sei tu contro l’avversario. Gareggerete insieme, uno a fi anco dell’altro, per stabilire chi è il più veloce. SFIDA LIMITE Devi gareggiare contro un gruppo di avversari. Finisci almeno al terzo posto per superare la Sfi da. SFIDA A TEMPO Quando un campione ritiene di aver stabilito un tempo imbattibile su un tracciato, puoi accettare la sfi da e stabilire un tempo migliore! IN SQUADRA Un’altra ragione per diventare amici dei campioni è la possibilità che partecipino con te ad un Evento a Squadre. Prima dell’evento chiedi ai campioni chi è disponibile a partecipare con te. Ma tieni in considerazione che piloti diversi sono specializzati in discipline differenti, per cui cerca di assoldare il compagno di squadra giusto per la gara da affrontare! 9 DiRT2_360_MAN_IT_v02.indd 9 6/8/09 16:13:09 DISCIPLINE I RALLY richiedono una guida tanto veloce quanto tecnica, su una varietà di terreni e scenari. I tracciati sono molto diffi cili e presentano numerose curve e passaggi ostici. Le gare BATTISTRADA sono veloci e vengono disputate su lunghi tracciati da punto a punto.

    his dissertation is an aective auto-ethnography that Tinvestigates the ethics of subjectivity in the changing landscape of higher education. Evolving from critical strategy research into elaborating the interlinkage of aect and ethics ACTA at the level of subjectivity, this dissertation provides a more 384 nuanced understanding of how aective sensations are part of the experiences through which individuals orient themselves HANNELE KERANEN as subjects. The dissertation transgresses the borders of traditional SUBJECTIVITY knowledge production through its focus on aective dissonance ignited by awkward encounters. It recognises the ACTA UNIVERSITATIS value of auto-ethnographic research and post-coding analysis HANNELE KERANEN in addressing the aective and embodied forms of becoming AND DISCOURSE, AFFECT an ethical subject. Addressing the intriguing relation of aect and discourse, this dissertation suggests that aect holds the promise of unsettling self-production through the experience of dissonance between individual’s sense of self and the possibilities for its validation in organisational contexts. Once again, he's enlisted drummer Dave Grohl as his anchor and he's made amends with his erstwhile bassist Nick Oliveri, suggesting Homme is returning to either Rated R or Songs for the Deaf, the two turn-of-the-millennium masterpieces that thrust QOTSA out of their stoner rock cult, but . Like Clockwork isn't so simple as a return to roots. Homme flirts with his history as a way to make sense of his present, reconnecting with his strengths as a way to reorient himself, consolidating his indulgences and fancies into a record that obliterates middle-age malaise without taking a moment to pander to the past. Like always, Homme opens himself up to collaborations, wrangling an impressive roster that includes his wife Brody Dalle, his longtime companion Mark Lanegan, his protégé Arctic Monkey Alex Turner, his kindred spirit Trent Reznor, Scissor Sister Jake Shears, and superstar Elton John, but despite this large cast, the only musician who makes an indelible presence is Homme himself. Like Clockwork is unusually focused for a Queens of the Stone Age record, containing all of the group's hallmarks -- namely volume and crunch, but also a tantalizing sense of danger, finding seduction within the darkness -- but there is little of the desert sprawl and willful excess that have always distinguished their records. This is forceful, purposeful, fueled by dense interwoven riffs and colored with hints of piano and analog synthesizers that quite consciously evoke '70s future dystopia.
