The BONE MARROW heirloom burrata salad with avocado is great and lets not forget the best lobster mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Spiral pasta in a lovely cheesy sauce with chunks of lobster. For entrees we shared the black grouper Crusty Bread, Pickled Shallots and Herb Salad in a tasty chorizo and coconut curry sauce with boniato mash. We also tried the Latin braised short ribs with PINEAPPLE RUM CAKE goat cheese mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. I can’t tell you which ones I liked the most, they were Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream both fantastic. We ended our fabulous dinner with a silky smooth cheese cake with fresh berries. I highly recommend making your dinner reservations early and enjoy a beautiful meal and view.
