5. MISCELLANEOUS DECISIONS
5.1. INI report: "Access to agricultural land/ Extent and impact of farmland grabbing in the EU" - choice of definitive title
Decision: Authorisation to prepare this INI report (to be drafted by Ms Noichl) will be requested by letter to the Chair of the CCC with the following definitive title: "State of play of farmland concentration in the EU: how to facilitate the access to land for farmers?"
5.2. Public Hearing on "The future of the EU sugar market after the abolition of sugar quotas in 2017" - 13 July 2016
Decision: Consultations will continue between political groups with a view to reaching an agreement as soon as possible on an overall list of guests/experts to be invited, including the identification of the two guests/experts benefitting from reimbursement
5.3. Extraordinary hearing of the AGRI Committee on 25 May on temporary and exceptional market measures to reduce the crisis in the dairy sector
Decision: This event will be organised with the participation of representatives of the Council (Dutch Presidency) and the Commission and invitations will be issued to the following organisations: COPA/COGECA, European Milk Board (EMB), European Dairy Association (EDA) and Via Campesina - keeping in mind that nobody will be able to benefit from a reimbursement of expenses
The possibility of inviting also representatives of the processing sector remains opened at this stage but no decision has been taken in this respect yet
5.4. Joint AGRI-INTA meeting on agriculture in the framework of international trade negotiations
Decision: The AGRI Secretariat will inform the INTA Secretariat of AGRI's agreement with the organisation of a joint AGRI-INTA meeting on 14 July in the morning with both Commissioners Hogan and Malmström and explore Commissioner Hogan's availability on that date (while the INTA Secretariat does the same with Commissioner Malmström)
5.5. Delegated act authorising certain agreements of cooperatives in the milk sector (Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/558)

Members to come up with a proposal to object will be extended/reopened accordingly
5.6. Organisation of a meeting between AGRI Coordinators and Members of the European Court of Auditors (Chamber I)
Decision: The Secretariat will take informal contacts with the ECA (to be followed by a formal invitation from the Chair) with a view to the organisation, at the first possible opportunity, of a new meeting between Members of ECA Chamber I and AGRI Coordinators
5.7. Oral Question on The existence of non-tariff barriers for food exporters on the internal EU market
Decision: The Oral Question to the Commission attached herewith, which was initially tabled on 4 February by 40+ individual members but never taken up in plenary, will be re-tabled on behalf of the AGRI Committee
