15. Membership of Parliament

Terence Wynn had given notice in writing of his resignation as Member of Parliament, with effect from 28.08.2006.

Pursuant to Rule 4(1), Parliament established the vacancy with effect from that date and informed the national authorities concerned thereof.

16. Verification of credentials

On a proposal from the JURI Committee, Parliament validated the mandates of Donata Gottardi, Marco Cappato, Carlo Casini, Corrado Gabriele, Andrea Losco, Eugenijus Maldeikis, Aldo Patriciello, Gianluca Susta, Armando Veneto and Donato Tommaso Veraldi.
