The following amendment/s are made to the Supplementary Regulations for this Race Meeting-

Page 6 Format Of Racing – Over Subscribed Classes Except for KZ2

Page 6 Format Of Racing – Over Subscribed Classes – KZ2 ONLY KZ2 Over-Subscribed Race Format a) Practice (i) The Class will be split into two (2) practice groups by the Chief Timekeeper based on competition numbers.

b) Qualifying (ii) The Class will be split into two (2) qualifying groups by the Chief Timekeeper based on the WA KZ Series standings. Should a Driver not have scored Series points in a previous round, they will be placed behind the Series standings in the order of entries received.

(iii) At the end of the qualifying session for both groups, Drivers will be split into three (3) groups:

A, • , and • . (iv) Group A will include the fastest qualifier, fourth fastest qualifier and so on

(v) Group B will include the second fastest qualifier, fifth fastest qualifier and so on

(vi) Group C will include the third fastest qualifier, sixth fastest qualifier and so on

• This process will continue until all Drivers are allocated a group.

c) Heats 2 (i) Each group will race against each other group once over three (3) heat races and then be split into odd and evens for Heats 4 and Heat 5.

(ii) The fastest qualifier (1st in Group A) will start heat races 1 and 3 from pole position

(iii) The second fastest qualifier (1st in Group B) will start heat race 2 from pole position.

(iv) Heat 1 – Group A vs Group B with the following grid order:

• Group A will occupy grid positions 1, 3, 5, 7, etc, • Group B will occupy grid positions 2, 4, 6, 8, etc (v) Heat 2 – Group B vs Group C with the following grid order:

• Group B will occupy grid positions 1, 3, 5, 7, etc, • Group C will occupy grid positions 2, 4, 6, 8, etc (vi) Heat 3 – Group A vs Group C with the following grid order:

• Group A will occupy grid positions 1, 3, 5, 7, etc, • Group C will occupy grid positions 2, 4, 6, 8, etc (vii) Heat 4 – Odd numbered positions based on accumulated points in Heats 1 to 3 with the following grid order:

• Accumulated points from Heats 1 to 3 lowest to front. In the event of a tie on points, the lower grid position will be awarded to the Driver with the faster original qualifying time. (viii) Heat 5 – Even numbered positions based on accumulated points in Heats 1 to 3 with the following grid order:

• Accumulated points from Heats 1 to 3 lowest to front. In the event of a tie on points, the lower grid position will be awarded to the Driver with the faster original qualifying time. d) Point Score System for Heats (i) Points will be awarded as follows 1st = 0 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd =3 points, and so on with one point being added for each place. (ii) Non-starters and non-finishers to be awarded a finishing position based on the number of laps completed, then the grid position awarded from the start of the Heat. e) To be eligible for a grid position in the Final race a Competitor must: (i) register a qualifying time; and (ii) Compete in at least one (1) Heat Race. f) Final Race (i) There will be one (1) final race (ii) Grid positions for the final will consist of the lowest accumulated points scorer from the heat races to grid position one (1), second lowest accumulated points scorer to grid position two (2), and so on until the grid is filled to Track density. 3 (iii) In the event of a tie on points, the lower grid position will be awarded to the Driver with the faster original qualifying time. (iv) In the event of any withdrawals from the qualified capacity grid for the final race, Competitors will be moved up and vacant grid positions filled with the next available qualifier, up to the Track density.
