This menu is the result of collaboration, team work and shared values.
Working with River Cottage, our local suppliers and our team, we have produced a selection of dishes which we believe showcases the best of Cornish produce.
We have worked extensively to ensure that the food is from our region, is of great quality and is responsibly grown, reared or farmed. Our meat is from higher welfare or organic sources, our fish is from sustainable stocks and our vegetables are all grown locally. This menu will change in line with the seasons, ensuring our customers have access to food when it is at its freshest.
The team at the Old Ale House has not changed. We have not recruited new culinary and service capability. Instead we have trained our staff, ensuring that through the planning and development of this enhanced offer, they have had the opportunity to grow and progress with us.
We hope that these efforts have gone a long way in providing you with a meal experience that we can all be proud of.
