Since April 2013: General Manager of Tunisian Anti Doping Agency (Tunisian NADO: ANAD)

1988 – 1996: Medical doctor at the Tunisian Transport Company of Tunis

1996 to 2004: in charge of the Sport for Disabled (Para-sport) Unity, National Center of Sport Medicine (Tunis-Tunisia)

2001 to 2004: in charge of the National Anti-Doping Committee, National Center of Sport Medicine in Tunisia

2004 to 2013: Medical Doctor, Tunisian Paralympic Committee

2002 to 2010: Lecturer at the National Institute of Sport and Physical Education of Ksar-Saïd Tunis, motor handicaps and classification expert

Sport Events Involvement:

During the last 15 years, I was involved in regional and international sport events for para sports, as Doctor (Athens 2004) and as Chef de Mission (OG Sydney 2000, Athletics World Championships for Disabled in 2006). I acted as Classifier during the Paralympics (London 2012) and many World and Regional Competitions.

I also participated in able-bodied sport events as medical doctor (3 ).

National and International experience in Doping Control (Tunisian Anti-Doping Agency, IDTM, WADA, Tunisian Football Federation, Football Arab Union and CPISRA) as well as participation in National and International seminars and workshops on Anti-doping as lecturer (Tunis, Marrakech 2005, Lisbon 2006, Vancouver 2007, Doha 2007..).

Represented Tunisian Government at several sessions at the UNESCO International Anti- doping Convention held in this past 15 years.

In 2003 I was chairman of the Anti-doping Committee in the Organizing Committee of the 2003 African Championships of Athletics, held in Tunisia for able-bodied.

During the last four years I was in charge of the anti-doping control in many international competitions for the disabled organized in Tunisia, (two Athletics World Championships for intellectually disabled, 2001 & 2003 - Afro-Arab Championships for disabled, 2005 - International Athletics Meeting for disabled, May 2007), in Morocco (International Meeting of Athletics for disabled from 2003 to 2007 – 3rd Athletics Arab Championships for Disabled at Rabat, 2004), in Connecticut (USA) during the CPISRA World Games in 2005, in Vancouver () during the Boccia World Cup in May 2007….

Extensive experience in doping control during several individual and multi-sport events (athletics, cycling, judo, basketball, football, handball, powerlifting) as a Doping Control Officer. I also participated in the Torino Winter Paralympic Games 2006 as a member of WADA Independent Group in charge of TUEs process control and management during the Games.

Publications:

- Author of two manuals, in French and in Arabic, presenting the different systems of classification for all the categories of disabled athletes in Athletics (2002 and 2003)

- Author of a manual regarding the practical of Equestrian for disabled people (para- equestrian) with the collaboration of Handicap International (2006)

- Author of a manual regarding the practice of football by disabled people with the support of Handicap International and FIFA (2011)

Awards:

1. October 2004: « Commandeur de l’Ordre du Mérite National Sportif » awarded by the Tunisian Republic President.

2. September 2012: « Grand Officier de l’Ordre du Mérite National Sportif » awarded by the Tunisian Republic President

3. April 2013: « Creative Sports Award » awarded by Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Prince of Emirat of Dubai, UAE)

4. Annual Olympic Torch 2016: Awarded by the Tunesian Olympic Committee as Best Sport Medical Doctor of the year
