Inferred from the file 1. Mr Ricardo Teixeira (hereinafter “Mr Teixeira” or “the official”), Brazilian national, has been a high-ranking football official since 1989, most notably the president of the Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) from 1989 until 2012. He was a mem- ber of the FIFA Executive Committee from 1994 until 2012 and a member of the CONMEBOL Executive Committee. Additionally, he was a member of several stand- ing committees of FIFA, such as the Organising Committee for the FIFA Confedera- tions CupTM, Organising Committee for the FIFA World CupTM, Referees Committee, Marketing and TV Committee, Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee, Ethics Commit- tee and Committee for Club Football. 2. On 27 May 2015, the United States Department of Justice (hereinafter “DOJ”) is- sued a press release relating to the Indictment of the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York also dated 27 May 2015 (hereinafter “the Indictment”). In the Indictment, the DOJ charged several international football executives with “racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering conspiracies, among other of- fenses, in connection with their participation in a twenty-four-year scheme to enrich themselves through the corruption of international soccer”. The Indictment was fol- lowed by arrests of various persons accused therein, executed by state authorities in Europe, South America and the United States of America. -

ANEXOS Club Atletico Velez Sarsfield Velez Atletico Club Club Atlético Vélez Sarsfield CLUB Y MARCA GRUPO 3 Borgognone, Denise Concilio, Valentino Lacunza, Ignacia CLUB El 1° de enero de 1910, en la casa de Nicolás Marín Moreno, se formalizó la fundación del Club Atlético Argentinos de Vélez Sarsfield. El primer presidente designado fue Luis Barredo y el Club constituyó dos equipos: uno de Tercera y otro de Cuarta División. El uniforme que se utilizó fueron las clásicas camisetas blancas, y los partidos de local se disputaban en un potrero de Ensenada y Provincias Unidas. Dos años más tarde las autoridades establecen un cambio en el uniforme oficial: camisetas azul marino y pantalones cortos blancos. En 1919, Vélez Sarsfield logra su primer ascenso a Primera División y se consagra Subcampeón del Cam- peonato de la Asociación Amateurs de Football. El 13 de marzo de 1923 asume Don “Pepe” Amalfitani como Presidente de la Institución. A partir de 1941, Amalfitani sería la máxima autoridad por un lapso de casi tres décadas. El Club alquila un terreno ubicado en la intersección de las calles Basualdo y Guardia Nacional en Villa Luro que será su nueva “casa” desde 1924. En 1928 se juega el primer partido nocturno del fútbol argentino en ese mismo reducto. Se lo denomina Velez Sarsfield porque en el momento de su creacion aquellos jovenes se encontraban en los tuneles de la estacion Velez Sarsfield, lo que hoy en dia es Floresta. ESTADIO Al fundarse en 1910, y ante la carencia de estadios de fútbol en Argentina, en esa época, el club disputó sus partidos en diversas canchas de la zona oeste de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. -

THE BEST FIFA FOOTBALL AWARDS™ 2019 RULES OF ALLOCATION The articles below relate to the following awards: FIFA FIFPro Women’s World11 Art. 1. The FIFA FIFPro Women’s World11 awards are organised by FIFA and FIFPro. Art. 2. The awards are given to the best players in each position (cf. art. 7 below) based on their performances during the period from 25 May 2018 to 7 July 2019 inclusive. Art 3. Players must have appeared in at least 15 official matches (at national or international level) during the period from 25 May 2018 to 7 July 2019 inclusive in order to be eligible. Art. 4. The winners of the awards are voted for by professional women’s players from around the world. Art. 5. All votes count equally. Art. 6. Players may vote for any current professional women’s player, including themselves and team-mates from the same club or national team. Art. 7. Each voting player nominates one (1) goalkeeper, four (4) defenders, three (3) midfielders and three (3) forwards. Art. 8. The player with the most votes in each position will be named in the FIFA FIFPro Women’s World11. Art. 9. Where a player receives a vote in more than one position (for example, as a forward and as a midfielder), the votes will be combined and FIFPro will determine the position in which the player’s votes will be counted. Art. 10. In the event of a tie for the last available place in a position (when the number of players exceeds the permitted number of positions), the player who has played the most international matches for her country shall be selected. -

SOCCER IN THE SAND OFFICIAL 5v5 SAND SOCCER RULES Soccer in the Sand Rules follow the guidelines of FIFA Soccer Rules with the following exceptions: Number of Players Each team consists of 5 players, one of whom must be the goalkeeper, with the exception of U8 where each team may have 5 field players plus a goalkeeper (6v6) Substitutions are on the fly. The player being substituted must exit the field prior to the new player entering the field. In all Coed Divisions there must be a minimum of 2 females on the field at all times and a maximum of 3 males. Any less than 4 players will be considered a forfeit. Game time is forfeit time. Only players on the roster may play. All eligible players must be listed on the SITS waiver/roster form; all players must have a parent signature if the player is under the age of 18. If the player is 18 years of age or older they may sign the form for themselves. No player is allowed to be rostered or play on any two teams in the same age group or bracket. Players are eligible to play on any two teams in any one event as long as the two teams are in a different age group or different bracket (i.e. Surf or Sand bracket). The maximum roster size is 11 players for all age groups and divisions with the exception of coed divisions which are permitted a maximum of 12 players.
