1 OPENING Recessive Genetic Malfunction the American 1 OPENING Recessive Genetic Malfunction The American Anthropological Association (AAA) asserts the U.S. Government phase out the term “race” in collecting Federal data because the concept has no scientific justification in human biology. The analysis of genetics (DNA) indicates 94% of all physical variations remain within “racial groups.” Conventional geographic “racial” groupings differ from one another at only six percent (6%). Larger variations exist within “racial” groups than between them. In bordering populations throughout the global world there are OVERLAPPING genes and phenotypic expressions. If the origin of humanity started in Africa, mankind came from Black Africans—ONE global race. Members of the AAA know that continuing to use the term “race” demonstrates a further division and alteration of the recessive gene. The term “race” is being used as a CAMOUFLAGE to squelch the changing phenotypes of mankind blending together? Scientists are trying to form one BIG “Caucasian Cluster” to stop White genetic annihilation. The term “race” continues to imply inequality. Scientific American recently featured an article about the ALU Chromosome. The Chromosome is referred to as the “Jumping Gene” and reproduces by copying and inserting itself into new chromosome locations. The latest Genome Project confirms Africans are the purest race on Earth with 95% of the gene. Europeans have 75% of the ALU Chromosome, while 60% of Asians have the same chromosome. Europeans and Asians have 50% each of the chromosomes found in each other. On the other hand, only five percent of Negroid/Africans have a chromosome found in Europeans and Asians. According to the AAA, the U.S. Government should phase out use of the term “race” because the concept has no scientific justification in human biology. Donald Trump 45th President coined the slogan, “Make America Great Again” (MAGA). What he was saying incognito to America--“Make America White Again.” It starts when people associate themselves automatically with others who do not look like them. People favor others they feel are a part of their "in-group" over those considered to be outsiders and not in the mainstream. It is similar to “White Flight” from residential areas. Once a neighborhood turns 25 percent Black, White people take FLIGHT to new surroundings. Psychologists call it “identification”. People in the U.S. automatically segregate themselves spontaneously and instinctually. The MAGA Movement is akin to the following: current statistics show that--over 50 percent of school children are students of color. SOURCE: U.S. Department of Education, National Center for Education Statistics, Common Core of Data (CCD), “State Nonfiscal Survey of Public Elementary and Secondary Education,” out of 50.7 million public school students, 23.4 are WHITE (2020). For the past 400 years, Americans have been distinguished by race, classified by color, and separated by color piloting a national Color Assault Psychosis in the subconscious of all Americans. Presently, there is an unparalleled remodeling 4 by Euro-American physical anthropologists to genetically bombard Negroid DNA. Black and Brown people are being formulated and reclassified as members of the Caucasian Race. The new term is to distinguish people by “ethnic groups.” The former classified “Colored” People of the world now live as “ethnic groups” with the diminishing term designating the term “race.” The measure points to survival of the recessive gene (homozygous recessive). Today race is being hidden behind the country of origin. Have you heard of a person whose race is Puerto Rican or Cuban? It is the country of national origin—not race but culture. Over 70 percent of Cubans have visible Black/ African ancestry (Negroid DNA) but are classified as White or Hispanic in the U.S. This appropriates another Bona Fide superiority fallacy. A large number of Black people in the U.S. are being reclassified as multiracial and placed on a Caucasian Bandwagon. Disappearance of the White recessive gene is a reality unless scientists can scurry to reclassify and catalogue the dominant Black gene pool to expand recessive White Race numbers. Race holds colloquial and traditional descriptions that are commonly used in the West but are not accurately reflected by underlying genetics. DNA Kits, for example, reinforce concepts of race as discrete genetic categories. Genetic ancestry tests can identify clusters of individuals based on patterns of genetic similarity and difference, but the particular clusters infrared depend on the individuals included in the analysis. Genetic ancestry tests also tend to equate present-day people and contemporary patterns of genetic variation with those who existed in the past. In this regard, ancestry tests often oversimplify and misrepresent the history and pattern of human genetic variation and do so in ways that suggest more congruence between genetic patterns and culturally defined categories than really exist. 5 The number of Germans has declined by 3.2 million; the population of Berlin over the last 30 years, but demographers’ concerns has mostly been ignored until recently. German leaders have lifted the birth rate to the top of the political agenda for the first time since the Nazi Era, and the two ruling parties are trying to outdo each other with pro-family measures. Germans are at risk of dying out if the trend continues. The German population will shrink from 75 to 50 million by 2050 and further after that (Kirschbaum, 2006). People in Italy, Poland and Russia are concerned about population collapse. The population has started to decline in many countries. If you extrapolate this into the distant future, you can imagine the situation with a much smaller population. Germany, which has a reputation as the economic engine of Europe, is in a troubling demographic predicament. With one of the oldest populations in Europe, and a low fertility rate of 1.5 births per woman, it is a matter of time before the rubber hits the road to affect population growth in the country. Based on United Nations projections, the German population is likely to decline by over 10 million people in the next few years (2020, Visual Capitalist). Russia's Population Set to Decline From 143 Million to 111 Million in 2050 and is currently in a demographic crisis. Russia loses 950,000 people a year. If population trends continue, Russia will exist as massive Tundra minus the human population in less than 100 years. Birth rates have been below replacement rates for 35 years—what a lethal development! Germans have long had one of the lowest birth rates in the European Union at 1.3 children per woman—far below the “replacement rate” of 2.1 needed to keep the population stable. The rate is about half of what it was 40 years ago. More than 30 percent of East and West Germans born from 1960 to 1967 are 6 childless. Among Germans with higher education, the childless rate is even higher at 38 percent. Each generation is being reduced by a third. The blending of dominant and recessive genes has caused the subsequent camouflages. If a person is Brown or Black in color but has straight “European” looking hair, he/she has been classified as Caucasian in Europe. If a person has light skin and wavy or tightly curled Negroid hair, he/she is Caucasian. The Europeans follow a reversed “One-drop Rule.” One-drop of Caucasian blood makes a person Caucasian. Anthropologists have wholeheartedly grasped the model to classify Black/Brown groups within the White cluster. Here are some of the obscure concepts physical anthropologists have presented. People who have parents from two different races cannot be fairly classified in only one race. People in the United States who are African American are placed in a subordinated hypothetical race. A person might display features that point to African Ancestry, thus labeling the person Black regardless of whether or not such a race exists in nature. Ethnic identities are folk taxonomies—whether race or religion; they are not scientific; they are cultural classifications that arise from experience of people in groups. Observable physical features—skin color, nasal width, and hair texture are irrelevant in determining race. Different physical characteristics in humans correspond to where their ancestors come from but does not define race. Many European populations are experiencing more deaths than births annually, a phenomenon that is not occurring in any other global regions. Ukraine and Russia have the largest gaps between birth rates and death rates. The 7 population of Ukraine is losing 340,000 people each year which is more deaths than births. In the absence of offsetting international migration, the population of these countries will decline in size. In addition to exceptionally low birth rates, a chief cause for surplus European deaths is the relatively high proportion of the region’s older age population where death rates are higher. Fifteen percent (15%) of Europe’s population is age 65 or older, compared with seven (7%) percent for the global world.

In 1978 thru 1980, he became a member of the Shrine of the Black Madonna of the Pan African Orthrodox Christian Church and tutored Basic Training members in African history. During 1983 he coordinated the Return to the Source Conference featuring Charles B. Copher, Asa G. Hilliard III, Charles S. Finch III, Runoko Rashidi, Walter Palmer and Charlyne Harper-Bolton sponsored by the Bennu Study Group and Morris Brown College. This paper will look at issues fundamental to research on the African Diaspora in Asia. African-American scholars have been interested in the presence of Africans in Asia since the eighteenth century, primarily in defense of the Black psyche in the face of the Hamitic myth and Darwinist justification of a white supremacist racial hierarchy. Research in the early twentieth century began with informal reports from soldiers who had fought in the Philippines, and essays by journalists such as the globetrotting J. A. Rogers and race-proud educators such as Drusilla Dunjee Houston. It was not until 1971 that a formal study appeared in the form of Joseph E. Harris’ The African Presence in Asia. A decade later, William Leo Hansberry produced a study of Ethiopian societies.

Today, as I pen these words, it is his birthday and I thought that this essay would make a nice present for him. His full name is Yosef Alfredo Antonio ben-Jochannan. A lot of us called him Dr. Ben. I was very fortunate to know him over an extended period of time, more than thirty years in fact. He was born this day 31 December in 1918. I traveled with him on my first trip to Africa, specifically Egypt, in 1991. On that trip he let me do my first lecture in Africa. I went with him to Egypt three other times as his personal assistant. I have many memories of him, both the man and his work. Today I will spend much of the day writing a long photo essay about him, his work and his impact on my work. I could say that in March of this year when he transitioned that we lost an immortal. The greater part of the scholArship engaging the group since 1967 has consistently lAbeled tHem Along four lines: as a people seeking constant external acceptance; as a cultic or ”new religious movement”; as an oppressed and downtrodden people seeking success in any way in which it could be achieved; or As A people witH A strAnge Affinity towArds JewisH people so extreme tHAt tHey intend not only to emulAte and eradicate them but to serve as their replAcements. In the literature reviewed it was rare that the actual philosophy of the AfricAn Hebrew IsrAelites of JerusAlem was interrogated. In the rare cases in which tHeir pHilosopHies were exAmined tHey were situAted only in regards to their relAtionship with an already Assumed universAl WHite normativity.

    The Rhetoric of Revolution: The Black Consciousness Movement and the Dalit Panther Movement by Antonette Jefferson, M.A. Ph.D. Student, Howard University Washington, D.C. Abstract The liberation of oppressed people is a global struggle as liberation movements echo one another in proclaiming rights of equality, freedom and liberty inherent to all human beings. The marginalized constituents respond to oppression by donning the armor of struggle to wrest free from the chains of oppression and racism and/or white supremacy. The Black Consciousness Movement headed by Steve Biko, and the Dalit Panther Movement modeled after the Black Panther Party and influenced by the philosophies of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar create a need for pause as the worldwide implications and potentials of collective liberation are analyzed and realized for the empowerment of people of African descent across the globe. By using generic rhetorical criticism where the text is revolution, the author captures the response of these oppressed groups to the oppressor. Thus, the rhetoric of revolution spans critiques of religion, to identification of “friend-enemies,” to acknowledging the collective struggle of people of African descent. This research contributes to the literature on revolution and African world uplift by analyzing factors associated with impacting change in the Diaspora. And thus, such marginalization in this construct leads constituents to response to oppression by donning the armor of struggle to wrest free from the chains of oppression and racism and/or white supremacy.
