Importantly, these changes have given the IBC a platform to launch a major growth phase over the next few years. One of the best things about my first eight months has been meeting you - the members - and finding out more about the challenges you are facing and the opportunities you are looking for to grow your business. I’ve also learnt a lot about the region itself - including the collective frustration around a half I am not the only new face at the IBC.
