Consent Form for ESF Computing Conference Attendees

To whom it may concern,

This year, the English Schools Foundation (ESF) will be holding the ESF Computing Conference on the 28th and 29th of April at South Island School. In forty-eight hours, participants hear from exciting Hong Kong technologists, learn coding, and test out their skills in a hackathon.

The event will be taking place during school time on Friday the 28th. If you would like this student to attend the event during school time, please sign below. Students must bring the signed slip to registration at SIS on day 1.

Key Information: Schedule: Transportation: 8:20 AM to 4:00 PM Friday, April 28 Attendees must make their own way to the 9:45 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 29 conference.

Bus options: • 76 from Aberdeen/Causeway Bay Food • 41A from Wah Fu (Central)/North Point Students are recommended to bring a packed lunch to Ferry Pier the conference on both days. However, students can • Minibus 36 from Ap Lei Chau/Wan Chai purchase food from a canteen on Friday the 28th.
