    Annex 1 Proposed Introduction of NWFB Route no. 49X (Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort) to Cyberport) The proposal To cater for the traffic demand of residents in the areas around Siu Sai Wan and Chai Wan travelling to Southern District, Hong Kong Island during morning peak hours, it is proposed that Route no. 49X be introduced to provide express bus service on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). The bus service will be put on trial for 3 months and then reviewed. It is proposed that Route no. 49X departs from Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort), operates via Wan Tsui Road and Chai Wan Road, and then via Island Eastern Corridor and Aberdeen Tunnel non-stop, before heading to Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen and Cyberport.
