Vendrusculo Joicemar Piegas Organização e Marketing TBS SPRINT SALES 2012 SPRINT SALES Regulamento, Normas Específicas e Condições Gerais I – CONDIÇÕES GERAIS 1º - O Leilão SPRINT SALES será realizado no dia 25 de fevereiro de 2012 (sábado), a partir das 19:00 horas, na Cervejaria Bier Site / Rancho Bier, CARAZINHO, RS. 2º - O leilão terá como empresa leiloeira, Agência TBS devidamente autorizada pelos vendedores, a qual será a responsável pela organização e pelo marketing do certame. 3º - A arrematação far-se-á pelo maior lance, sendo que: “as vendas realizadas em leilão são irrevogáveis e irretratáveis, não podendo o comprador recusar o animal adquirido ou solicitar redução de preço”, conforme o disposto no Art. 1.106 do Código Civil. 4º - Todos os participantes - compradores, vendedores, licitantes e presentes e mesmo os que efetuarem lance pelo telefone - obrigam-se a acatar de forma definitiva e irrecorrível as disposições do presente regulamento, o qual é considerado como conhecido por todos, não podendo ninguém se recusar a aceitá-lo e cumpri-lo, alegando desconhecê-lo, conforme dispos- to no Artigo 3 da Lei de Introdução ao Código Civil. 5º - O comprador concede ao vendedor, em penhor pecuniário, a mercadoria adquirida, até a liquida- ção total da divida, ficando o comprador de posse da mercadoria, na qualidade de fiel depositário. 6º - Assiste ao vendedor o direito de solicitar avalista de seu conhecimento, desde que manifeste esta exigência por escrito à Agência TBS Ltda, antes do acerto financeiro do comprador. 7º - O não pagamento de qualquer das prestações, em seu exato vencimento, implicará na cobrança antecipada de todo o saldo devedor. 8º - Os animais a serem licitados estarão à disposição dos interessados nos respectivos haras. (Os animais estarão alojados no recinto do leilão (Cervejaria Bier Site, na entrada da cidade de Carazinho, a partir do dia 23 de Fevereiro (quinta), onde poderão ser examinados pelos interessados. Os mesmos deverão ser examinados pelos interessados e/ou seus treinadores, veterinários ou prepostos, antes da realização do leilão, ficando, portanto, INACEITÁVEIS quaisquer reclamações posteriores. PARÁGRAFO PRIMEIRO - Reiteramos aos interessados que procedam a devida revisão dos animais com antecedência, pois reclamações pós-leilão não procedem e não serão aceitas. 09º - Os vendedores e a Agência TBS, não se responsabilizarão por quaisquer alterações ocorridas no estado dos animais após a arrematação. Batido o martelo, o animal estará por conta e risco de seu adquirente, cessando toda e qualquer responsabilidade por parte do vendedor e da Agência. 10º - Após a arrematação, os animais deverão ser retirados de suas cocheiras do Jockey Club no prazo máximo de 4 (QUATRO) dias. Findo este prazo, inclusive, o trato passará a correr por conta do comprador, e por ele deverá ser pago diretamente ao vendedor no dia da retirada do animal. Fica estipulado que o valor diário do trato será de R$ 40,00 (quarenta reais) por dia. II - DOS COMPRADORES 11º - O comprador deverá efetuar seu acerto no máximo até o 1º dia útil (segunda-feira) no escritório da Agência TBS Ltda, situado no Cervejaria Bier Site / Rancho Bier, em horário comercial, ou através de acerto via Correio e Depósito Bancário. PARÁGRAFO ÚNICO - Vencido este prazo, o comprador estará sujeito à multa de 10% (dez por cento) do valor total da arrematação, além de correção monetária de acordo com a inflação e juros de 4% (quatro por cento) ao mês. 12º - Os compradores que não estiverem cadastrados, ou aqueles cujos cadastros não sejam aprovados, terão de efetuar seus pagamentos à vista, gozando dos descontos estipulados a seguir: 13º - CONDIÇÕES DE PAGAMENTO: O valor do lance multiplicado por 1 5 ( q u i n z e ), (1+2+2+10), resultará no valor total da arrematação TBS SPRINT SALES 2012 A) - Pagamento em 15 parcelas (1+2+2+10). Em 15 parcelas, sendo que a 1ª vence no dia do leilão, justamente com as taxas do leilão e a inscrição às pencas fechadas (Sprinters Cup), a 2ª e a 3ª vencem 30 dias após o leilão, a 4ª e a 5ª vencem 60 dias após o leilão, e as 10 restantes a cada 30 dias, sem juros ou correção. B) - A vista com desconto de 10% (doze por cento) sobre o valor total do arremate. C) - Em 6 parcelas iguais, sucessivas, com desconto de 6% do valor total, sendo que a primeira parcela vence no ato da arrematação, juntamente com as taxas devi- das e as 5 parcelas restantes vencem sucessivamente, a cada 30 dias.

Address by Group Scout Leader: Ian reported on highlights from the year’s section activities which were included in the Annual Report. Ian thanked all those who had helped in fund raising to purchase the new boats, with a special mention to Mark and Louise Scott who had been so successful in persuading various companies to donate funds. Ian also reported that the lease on the HQ was due to expire in August 2007 and that the County Council had suggested that the new lease contain a 12 month cancellation clause, which was unacceptable. The services of a solicitor have been taken to assist in progressing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Barton collection of Northwest sound recordings Dates 1950-2000 (inclusive) 1950 2000 Quantity approximately 11,100 items, (over 6000 audio reels, 3000 documents, 1000 audiocassettes, 500 compact discs, and 600 phonograph records) Collection Number 2010012 Summary The Kearney W. Barton collection of Northwest sound recordings primarily consists of original recordings engineered and/or produced by Barton at Audio Recording, Inc., his own recording studio, which operated out of various locations in Seattle, Washington from 1961 through the late 2000s. The bulk of the collection is comprised of music recordings, but also contains a smaller percentage of spoken word recordings, as well as radio advertisements (many of which also incorporate music). Specific audio formats represented in the collection include: open reel analog tape, compact cassettes, analog sound discs (7 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, and 16 inch), magnetic wire records, and compact discs. The collection also contains a small amount of manuscript material, which mainly consists of technical notes that were found with some recordings and very limited correspondence (chiefly from lawyers). In some instances, notes included on original containers also have been preserved when material has been rehoused.
