Colour poster (405 mm h x 1.52 m w) featuring The Beatles. The images of the band running across the poster from left to right form the key feature of the poster. The first image is a group photograph of The Beatles in their stage costumes; the second George Harrison being greeted by fans at an airport; the third John Lennon being greeted by a fan at an airport; and finally Paul McCartney also being greeted by a fan at an airport. Another image, presumably a similar photograph of Ringo Starr being greeted by fan/s at an airport, has been cut from the poster. Across both the top and bottom of the poster are individual photographs of well-known popular British artists of the period: solo artists including Adam Faith, Billy Fury and Cliff Richard and members of the British bands, and Brian Poole and Tremeloes. Unfortunately much of the identifying information that was originally printed on the back of the poster was on the section that has been removed.
